Craig was great- not even 24 hours passed and he found an address for me. I had to learn about an affidavit from someone else. I requested it from Brightstar and never received it. My situation is I'm sure unique but a bit pricey for just finding an address. Craig was very friendly on the phone.

One of my three sons who is now 38 relapsed following the funeral of his older brother here in Asheville, NC (cancer). This formerly addicted son had been clean four years and had built a life for himself in San Diego. Some months after relapsing, he left his wife and according to her headed to Colorado Springs. He called us a month later and told us he had made a new home in the Springs, had a job and was happy there. For three months he stayed in contact with us, but then ceased all communication: no return messages to our emails, phone disconnected, and snail mail returned. I was impressed with how compassionate, diligent and creative he was in his work. His retainer was very reasonable for the number of hours he must have spent discovering concrete leads and information from various individuals. He even obtained several photos we are cherishing. Craig apologized and was disappointed in not getting the outcome he and we would have preferred, but my husband and I have been very comforted by what he did accomplish. He immediately demanded to know how I got his number and cut the conversation short after I explained I had simply dialed the phone number posted on his website. After he ended the conversation he began texting me stating that I was "burned" (whatever that means), that I had never called, then sent me an innapropriate picture accusing me of being an undercover federal agent. Got what I paid for -- very little. Then I contacted Brightstar Investigations. They are the real deal. They performed the real background and criminal records check I needed. They did it thoroughly and promptly. Cost a few more bucks than the "cheap" ones available on the internet, but Brightstar's work was very thorough.
