Typical contract security company where their employees are nothing but a number to them. If you are looking for quality security work to add to your resume, then I suggest you steer clear of paladin. You are not paid what you are worth and the management team is very unprofessionally organized. Save yourself the hassle.

Guards at kgh DO NOT follow social distancing, they came within 2 feet of myself, while standing beside each other. 6 feet apart means everyone including the guards etc. I will be calling the bosses in the morning about this.

We are located in Kelowna, BC, and have brought to the attention of the police the lack of security we feel in and around our building. There have been many homeless people straying around, or people openly using drugs and causing a disturbance. Since our company started using Paladin, I notice them many times a day (every day!) patrolling our lot, getting out and doing walk-arounds, and confronting those that look to be up to no good! Very impressed!

Unimpressed with how an employee's ongoing concerns were NOT addressed in a timely matter. Lack of respect for individual contracted environment, as well as poor renumeration for initiative/going above and beyond the basic requirements. Cold shoulder treatment, instead of getting down to base issues. Not a supportive employment environment; disappointing. There are some very competent employees.

Just pulled into Mercedes, being 'guarded' by Paladin. Am early for a 7:30 am appointment, it being now 1:00 am. Told I can leave the vehicle but if I want to stay with it, I have to go to Walmart. When told Mercedes Service was advised that I would be coming in late and staying with the vehicle, that was fine. Paladin guy who showed up in car said go to Walmart or he is calling police. I'm waiting for police. Wonder what dealership will think of Paladin's conduct.

Dale- in charge of mobile security is a great guy and provides great service and very good rates. Highly recommend them.

Unprofessional. They're paid by the City of Kelowna to lick and patrol the beaches during the summer months. I routinely see the beaches and accesses unlocked night after night. I hear partiers on the beaches and watch the cars drive away. They never get out of their cars to check the beaches. I can only guess what they aren't doing for other customers. So great to see my tax dollars go to a business like this. I will never recommend them.
