One of the rudest, most condescending men I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Don’t bother contacting him for safety purposes, especially if it concerns a child. He will tell you that you’re wasting your time, while offering an unsolicited legal opinion because many years ago he knew what he was talking about. Seriously, call somewhere else if you want professional assistance.
