Covert Results was recently contracted to provide armed security officers for the holiday season at the big box retail establishment I work at. Covert Results is at the pinnacle of professional excellence. The officers rotated, and their presence was a deterrence all in it's own. One individual who worked shifts at my store really stood out throughout all others. We knew him as Zach and he was by far the most engaged employee in your staff. While most of the officers stood at the door showing their presence (which worked fine in most situations), Zach took an active and engaged role in helping to reduce theft throughout our facility. I was unable to count all of the deterrence's that Zach made; but throughout the shifts we worked together I estimate his interventions were well over the $3000 mark in the short two month contract. Zach and the team of officers were all very dependable and worked well for our companies needs.
