Nicole the investigator told me to call and so I did. It was the best thing. She was a calming voice to assure me that she could help with my situation. Without too many specifics considering the confidentiality of the subject matter, Nicole was able to discover the fraudulent identity of a person who was having dealings with me. Using what information I was able to give including photographs, Nicole quickly found fraudulent information and imagery on scam websites on the Internet. I was able to confront my bad actor with the facts that Nicole had uncovered. In an instant they were busted. And slinked away. My thanks to Nicole for a great job done quickly at a reasonable price.
