I called to ask a few questions. Mr. Grasst showed exceptional professionalism, shared his vast knowledge, and gave straight to the point answers. He spoke to me for almost an hour about the case I called about. I could tell that he is dedicated to his field and has true passion for it. Very helpful! I offered to pay for the consultation, but he said that it was not necessary. He also said if I had any other question to feel free to call him back. Amazing!! If you need a P.I., he is the one to call. You want someone on your side who is personable and with a no nonsense personality. He's not going to waste your time if hiring a P.I. will not help your situation.

I was in a difficult situation and needed some advice about malicious harassment. Do not use the services of this company. I did not have a good experience at all. Just use another agency or an online background website as they will provide much more accurate information and cheaper. All i needed was criminal background checks for a court case and I had provided correct date of birth, name and locations of residency of the subject in question. I was told my information was not correct. When I asked what additional information I could provide to help I was told that the information I provided was not correct and that the time and funds for the background check was depleted and was given no records on the subject at all. Basically, took the money without rendering services. Also when I said I was going to write a review I was threatened with a slander litigation from the agency. I feel like I was bullied and not taken care of well. If services are not rendered I will be taking this issue to the BBB. Good day!
