Very nice receptionist, kind and quiet fast in doing everything. I went there by appointment for getting my fingerprints done. The lady working there was very efficient, kind and knew everything about what I was supposed to do for my country police clearance check. Also, she was sanitizing before and after me and the place was very clean and well maintained. Overall very satisfied with my visit. All of my things were done in 15 min. Good job.

First off, I got fantastic service from the people here! Very professional and everything was all organized. Got in at my appointment time as intended, and was all done in less than 15 mins! All efficient and will always help you, step by step so you are aware of everything! Secondly, they offer variety of services, as all in one location! They are also a 100% RCMP Accredited Fingerprint agency as well, if you need to get your fingerprints (digital or ink) done, for legal name changes, etc! They also do passport photos and have a Commissioner for Oaths! I will recommend anyone to these guys! Thanks again! :) **Heads up to everyone reading this and is going here, mask is required at this location, please respect them and wear it! There are signs everywhere when you arrive.

She was really friendly + everything was Covid safe ( I had to wear a mask, sanitize my hand, she washed her hands in front of me, she cleaned everything after the customer before me, I really appreciated how serious they are with Covid). I needed the finger printing service to complete the steps for getting my RCIC license. I was worried it’s going to be a long process mainly due to COVID restrictions, but I was very impressed with the way it’s been set up at this location. The office is absolutely clean and all sanitized. Lou (she did the fingerprints) is very welcoming and helpful. I had by mistake taken my husband’s passport, she completed the job and avoided the delay it could have caused and the trouble of coming back. My husband got my passport while we did this.
