I have worked for American Protection Group mow for 2 years and have never been more impressed on how a company runs. Though I have worked my way up through the ranks to become a part of operations I can honestly say the struggle has been real, we strive to give our clients the utmost reliability, Integrity, safety and confidence that their properties are secure. I believe that APG has always delivered, despite any hiccups that have came across its path, management (Mr Bombard) always tries accommodate the needs of an ever growing workforce despite the few that try to drag this company down. APG gives a very pleasant working environment with guidance and structure for new and seasoned Security Officers.

They are careful to keep a certain level of integrity for their work that I haven't seen anywhere else. The office staff is amazing, they make it feel like home away from home. This is a great security company. The staff is extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Went to a location they protect and I had lock myself out of my friends car. The security officer came to my rescue, he called for assistance on the radio and about 5 minutes, two brand new bad ass black Dodge Chargers with light bars and they supervisors that came were able to use their tools to get my door open and I was able to retrieve my keys. They as me if I needed any further assistance, which I said NO, but thank you so very much. If I ever need security for a party event I would call this company without a delay. You got my support APG!!!! Thank you again.

Not more than 10 minutes ago... Crazy maneuver going 80MPH on the 405 to the 118 interchange!? Hard to read their details (as it zoomed by) and didn't have a license plate either for me to report. Wish CHP would had see that, because it was some reckless driving that was zig-zagging around me rite now.

Previous employee for 6 months. Here are some of the issues I had: -Unpaid wages on about 50% of the paychecks (missing hours). -Schedules change without notice on a weekly basis. -Supervisors (the Captain of the LV office agreed to one wage and then a month later doubled back and also refused backpay.) -has multiple officers that sleep on duty and supervisors continue to let them work armed security. -many times dispatch will not respond or call you when you need backup. - will not provide proper clothing or sizes, took 4 shirt deposits from my checks and I had one shirt. - is very retaliational and the small size of the company makes it very personal and cut- throat. - no site phones are provided, officers are expected to drive on company time in their own vehicle depending on the site, and all officers have to use their own personal devices which causes a lot of wear in the field (i broke 2 screens on this job from altercations and was not reimbursed).

Wow.... I called this company and received such great customer service. I needed to have security services at three of my locations and this company was very reliable and prompt. The guards were very professional, polite to my staff and most of all very knowledgeable on how to handle our situation and continues to be. Of all the security places I have worked including Sectran, Amored , ADT, and G4S this company makes you feel like family. One of their greatest assets is a lovely young lady named Nicole Hernandez, their operations manager. Super welcoming from the start, easy to get along with and very knowledgeable and professional about the industry. Always working and training and making sure us employees have what we need to perform the job duties in a qualified and friendly manner. Whether out in the field or in the home office Nicole is always ready to lend a helping hand. Clients seek out and ask for Nicole personally whenever a situation arises because they know a solution will be found. Everyone from the owners on down to office staff is welcoming and friendly. You feel like part of a family not just a team. Everyone wants to see success.

Worked with the Company a while back never had no problem with the company. I've noticed a few negative reviews in here. I myself never had no issue working for this Company i do notice a couple names putting negative reviews are the one who either got fired for doing something stupid or those who think they are doing good but they're not. yet they get mad and vent negative things about a good company.

I have been with APG for going on three years. I started as a Ops Manager and have progressed to National Operations Director. This company has cared and worked for the betterment of its Officers. Three years ago we had a handful of accounts and today 40. We have had some disgruntled employees write negative reviews with inaccurate information, that is to expected. I wish them well and each of us are entitled to our opinions. I am proud of our Officers who work every day as professional Men and Women. Hold your heads high and be proud of yourselves as I am.

This company deserves no stars. The Operations Manager Nicole has too be the most unprofessional he/she in the Security field. This company cheats and harasses the employees, I do not see workers more than two weeks at a time. Any stars on this review site above one star are employees paid to give a good review like Dewoni Brown another piece of trash. The whole office staff, from the owner, to the person that takes out the trash, is low down, two faced people that you cannot trust. If you want to be treated like that, be my guest, this is your warning!

Very unprofessional! Very shady security company! I know several people that have lawsuits pending against APG. Ignore Rosa Reyes review she is an employee with APG, and it shows the inconsistency, and how bias her review is. So any good review for apg will be from an employee. Like the review Duwani Brown left he's an employee that got paid to leave a good review.
