I was at the Dragon Boat festival and was told to dump out my water. When I told the security guard that he could smell it to prove that it was water, he took it and dumped it on the ground. This was so disrespectful and rude. I went back to him in tears because this triggered my anxiety. I was not met with compassion and I believe that this is inappropriate behaviour towards both a person with a disability and a woman.

Their rudeness regarding their drink policy, disregarding athletes and other festival goers needs during this weekend's Dragon Boat Festival was a great deal of posturing and really nothing about security. Dumping every single liquid in reusable thermoses and containers including perfectly fine water, protein shakes, coffee, baby formula and milk, only allowing unopened water bottles, and only doing a cursory bag check holding up people put a damper on everyone's day.

Hello all, This is a worst company. I applied for a job and I got an interview at 8 June at 12.00. They told me to finished all the training before an interview like WHMIS, workspace health and safety and AODA. Which i spent 10 hours for this. I send all my documents before two days on 6 June. I was waiting on zoom to be interview and then I got call from this company at 12.01 on 8 June that the position has been full. This company is just playing with people. I am eligible for all requirements and I just did what they asked me to do but still I got nothing. They even call me at time of interview that we are very sorry. Worst experience of my life. Please never apply in this company. I have all the prof that which time they call us and say we are not hiring.

I saw the most disturbing thing at the Capital Fair on Sat August 25/18. I could not believe it! As we made our way from the admission booth to the security section these unprofessional power head security guards asked to empty our bags and purses so they can do a check. I was willing and emptied the contents of my purse. I also had a plastic bag. I was asked to show what I had in the bag. Well from here on I was dumbfoundably shocked. I had 3 ice cold drinks in the bag. I was told no drinks or food inside the fair. "You can buy your drinks in here" says the security guard and her supervisor. My grandson suffers from diabettes and I had brought an ice cold drink for him that I wasnt allowed to bring in also I suffer from a heart condition and brought 2 specialty juices for myself, non alcoholic all fruit. The cans where still closed. On the table where I had my purse was bottled waters, and juice boxes that they have confiscated from orher people with families. We go from liquor bottles to juices boxes and water. It makes me sick that was for the children,how dare you! To have it sit on the table warming up! How dare you take these away from children! How dare you to assume everyone who goes there has money. A couple went through and was told they could not bring in baby snacks. The father had a lengthly arguement with the security and supervisor before they would let them in with the baby snacks! When I told the security my grandson needs this drink I was still denied. Well let me tell you after 20 minutes in line in the swelting heat with our children just to buy a drink by the time we got the drinks in our hands WARM! Unacceptable from the treatment to suffering heat exhaustion! Alot of people have their own story about what happened at the Capital fair 2018,at Ottawa,Ontario. I will definitely look into what security puppet show was working the fair! They had no right!!!

When I was at a an event a security guard insisted we dump out a drink we had when we were inside, when we gave him the drink for him to smell to prove it wasn't alcohol he dumped it out in front of us, absolutely disgusting behaviour and extremely unprofessional. His actions had nothing to do with the security and safety of the people at event and ended up ruining 2 people's nights. He had no right to do that and was so rude and took advantage of 'authority' to be a completely rude to some strangers who were doing nothing wrong.
