My husband and I needed help to locate our son. This was our first time using PI services and did not know the process involved to find a person in a different state from which we live. Jamie was very knowledgeable and professional when explaining the process and strategy she would use the find our son. She listened to our concerns and our motives to find him. That showed me that she has the experience to try to get a better understanding of the situation from both sides. She thinks of her clients and the person they are trying to find. After she located our son, she provided a detailed report and photos. We have since re-established a relationship with our son and communicate with him weekly.
