After being employed by numerous other security companies, they have ALL failed miserably in comparison to OPS! Entirely too many companies have far too many figureheads. The OPS management staff are all equally warm, and professionally welcoming. Issues that may arise are fully addressed in a timely fashion to the satisfaction of both the client and OPS team member. You actually feel like you are contributing to this progressive security movement! OPS Security Group sets the bar very high in overall standards of perfection that other companies only attempt to emulate! As a current OPS team member, it proves to be the perfect match, OPS and me !

If you show up on time and do your job you get better paying jobs, they do in house training for OC,Baton, First Aid ECT. And Armed pay rates are higher than most other companies, been here for 4yrs and seen people come and go, if you are a Team player, you'll get notice and moved up the chain.

They will steal your PTO and terminate you do to their own management lack of management. Also they pay pennies compared to other companies. AND I have record of emails from HR and insurance so please comment and say you have no record of me working for this company because from what I just witnessed with insurance fraud and PTO fraud I am and will be seeking legal counsel!

I have worked for OPS for just over two years now and have no complaints. OPS is by far the best company I worked for. I received real training, hands on, and even one on one if needed. not just watching a video. Professionalism and courteousness is one of the main training focus points, you won't get that everywhere. The Senior Leadership is like no other, I mean where else do you work in the rain in 32 degrees weather and the CEO is out there with you? Your managers and supervisor are working with you, not giving orders from a worm house, car or office but in the thick of it all with you. OPS doesn't just say, but shows they care about employees growth, and promotes from within and it doesn't take five to ten years of work,, or one of those security companies that require military or police experience for management positions, your work is your resume. its not just clocking in and out doing a job and getting a check, its also how they can help you grow and meet your goals as an individual, they make you want to work and when payday comes around I don't feel like I wasted 40 hours of my life and have nothing to show for it. Overall OPS has shown to be an Excellent company to work with, somewhere to build a career not just a job.

Not a company you can work for long term. You get the usual family speech and opportunities to move up but its just a veil to get you to pick up extra responsibility like doing on call manger weekends with the promises that its "manager training". I worked for OPS during their Jet contract and was one of the most unprofessional high school dramas I've ever seen. I've witnessed discrimination against people with handicaps & racism from our own guards and management too afraid to do anything because they constantly have a revolving door of employees coming in and can't keep the shifts filled. In a few reviews you hear about shift intimidation which is 100% true because I was told to lean on people to take shifts even harder on people trying to call out. I waited a year to fill this out just to avoid any claims of being angry at OPS honestly leaving was one of the greatest things for my health I could of done.

What a great company with great people I’m guessing they hire some top notch guys !!!!!! Well anyways I went to a Herbology location that was located in delco and meet this security officer name isaac ,I know his name spelled with an E but couldn’t remember how to spell it but he helped me out my car because I was handicap and was just a great person in General !!! His customer service was so good I had to tell my nephew to apply to ops because I loved the presence that Isaac put to the table !!!!!! We need more people like Isaac in this world !!! Thank you so much isaac .

Was visiting the Common wealth apartments in center city on Sunday dec 22nd ,2019 and came across a gentleman named isaac and he had on a ops security group shirt on look very neat and clean cut and he was just an amazing guy he had a smile on his face and kept his head high and chest out and he just looked very professional he even asked how was I and kept a conversation and was not a douche bag like most security gaurds . He was such a professional I had to ask about the company because he had set a great example of this company small things matter
