Lori came last minute to do an ink and roll to send off to South Africa. She fit us in that day and her mobile service was unbelievably convenient. She was at our house and ready to fingerprint in less than 2 hours, she had another appointment in the same area that day. It really could not have gone any smoother. We went from thinking we'd have to catch a ferry to get them done - to a knock on the door 2 hours later.

THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED FINGERPRINTS AGENCY IT"S A SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND COMPLICATE YOUR CASE PROCESS. I have used the "mobile" finger print in Victoria, FIRST, They are not accredited, they submit throw Pacific Fingerprints. not a single piece of paper (Except Paypal Charge!!!) has Sting on it. SECOND, I requested electronic finger print, and was surprised at the appointment with ink and the representative said not to freak out as it will be scanned which I found out later it was not accepted for electronic fingerprint. ( See the attached Image from CIC letter with Instruction) which meant I have to redo my fingerprint and it caused complication and delays, which could have been avoided by them clearly Stating when i was booking the appointment that they don't do electronic. THIRD. The representative did not include my application number or anything to connect my finger prints to my file when it reach immigration, and I had to ask her specifically after she left on the phone to add it. It is Stated clearly the last line of CIC letter that application number should be on the fingerprint form.(Image attached) FORTH, They do not give you any reference number that you can use to follow up later with RCMP and Immigration. so you have no way to follow up. (DCN#) FIFTH, they are SLOW, the difference between the day my fingerprints were taken and the day it was submitted to RCMP is over a week, I have booked an appointment with another company that I had to wait a week for and redid my fingerprints, and it was submitted a day earlier then the first one I did with sting.(Update: IRCC received and processed my fingerprints from the Second company and the Ink fingerprints from Sting still Processing at RCMP) LAST, They charge you double of what other companies charge. including a mobile fee, which does not make any sense because Mobile is the only option they offer, I asked I don't need mobile I can come to your office, they said they don't have an office in Victoria, Then charge you for their mistake of not having an office. and ask you to set up a table outside to fill up your confidential, important, rush fingerprints in front of all your neighbours. Use professionals instead of this company.

If you are looking for fingerprinting (or Investigation) services, look no further, these guys are great!

Oh my goodness this company is a LIFE SAVER!!!! I needed my prints done urgently, I called a lady named Lori and she was amazing. Great customer service over the phone and in person. She came to my door the NEXT day ! Her personality is amazing too, total bonus. Very comfortable to have her at my front door. Amazing price for mobility, couldnt find that deal else where! Definitely reccomend this company and Lori personally, amazing experience plus it was really cool to have a ink n roll

Very unprofessional. Went in for fingerprints and they constantly misgendered and dead named despite being corrected. Wouldn’t do prints for a US document claiming you “can’t send it in yourself”. A quick google search would show that yes, you in fact can. Wouldn’t recommend it. Very rude and disrespectful people.

Went in for prints was told to wear mask upon entering lobby I was met by sting employee not wearing a mask as I was told to I found this very disrespectful and unsafe. Then went upstairs and they still didnt put on mask for 5min then I was treated as if I was actually in custody not a paying client I was told to wash hands and sanatize 6 times and not just told but stood over and constantly told to was longer keep washing and when it came time to sanitize I was apparently un capable of doing it and told to keep rubbing hands longer and longer and rub arms and keep rubbing I felt like I was under arrest not a pleasant experience at all also the fee went up for covid but no mask wearing? Then to top it off they screwed up and mailed the pardon and waiver to me not to the pardon office and then I had to mail it to pardon office and pay for it myself then try to get reimbursed a complete nightmare then the lady called me at work completely unprofessional and to demand I remove review then she emailed pardon people saying I'm a liar I dont recommend this place at all

Don't waste your money they don't know what they are doing It was not unpleasant experience, it was time wasting one because of the complications to my immigration file that was caused by your unprofessionalism, immigration is very important step in many people lives and you are making it harder by fooling people into using your company thinking they are doing electronic finger prints. while what you do is electronic submission of the ink fingerprint. which is not the same as electronic finger prints that should be done using electronic scanner where you place your fingers on glass. I have contacted your company and instead of an apology and admission of the mistake. you reported my review and asked some friends and family to give you good reviews isn't it surprising that you had 1 review in 5 years then after my review you received another 4 reviews all 5 stars in the same day that I gave my 1 star review!!!!

Called 3x in a row in a duration of 3 minutes. It rings 6 times before an automated system starts. It's not even 5pm and they never picked up. Friday June 8 2018. Their sys. Tells u to go to their website for anything to do with face to face training but there is nothing on the price. Then they finally tell u to press 4. And don't pick up 3x in a row which I have to go through the sys. Everytime. I cant select numbers to make the guy shut up and speed up the call.

Don't do Digital Don't do Digital fingerprint with them. They don't have digital and they will complicate your paperwork process. with them. They don't have digital and they will complicate your paperwork process. The answer to your question is NO I'm not confused, it's your company, and the ink to scan is not the same thing as digital fingerprints, actually immigration request that you don't do ink to digital, so you guys need to stop fooling people and update your technology or stop providing digital finger prints because what you provide is not digital finger prints

They cancelled my appointment and didn't bother to notify me. After I left their office, a staff member phoned me a couple hours after to apologize and spoke at sloth speed for about 5-10 minutes when the refund and apology should've taken 2 minutes. I don't need a 5-10 minute apology in broken sentences; it's insult to injury.
