Expect a wait...but the attendant that helped me wasn't misleading about it. He explained they were seriously understaffed and estimated a wait time for me. He then suggested I leave and return within that time frame, which allowed me to run other errands.

I come here today around 2:15 PM to apply for SIN number in person, the staff was so nice, the officer is so gentle, i didn’t need to make appointment.

The staff are very helpful, they take the time to respond to your questions and offer excellent service. The wait can be long at times, but to be expected at certain times of the day.

Went for help with a situation and was told they were full and that I had to wait outside, very difficult to do when you're older and on blood thinners. I think this is cruel and discriminating to seniors. Within 5 minutes of waiting my hands were frozen so I had to leave. No help there at all.
