I actually wanted to hire a investigative company because I am a victim in case that involved a violent crime. I honestly did believe that a full investigation would be done. The idea of hiring additional help with this I believed would give me the extra security I needed. I did not feel that the police investigation was being done well by the officer that was chose for me. Unfortunately private detectives are on duty police officers and retired officers. I was actually looking for someone who was not a officer, and could be objective, nessary to get the job done. Im glad to this company via text message. I received a text back. It was from a officer. Knowing I told my story to a officer with no knowledge that he was a active officer felt upsetting. Since I lost trust in the one I was assigned, anything I told him in advance was not privileged information legally. Never assume your talking to a trusted person. Fact is, you could be talking to anybody.

I hired this company to help me with my investigation. I am in the process of evicting the tenant from hell, who scammed at least 4 people before me. The owner of this company promised me to deliver in 24 to 48 hours the comprehensive background report, licence plate number and the most important information of my tenant's verification of employment. He told me he knows someone at Chrysler corporate office and it will be no problem to get this information. I paid for his services total of $345 on 11/12/18. I explained to him that my deadline is 11/27/18, becauseI had the court hearing on that day. His assistant delivered to me 1 page of "uncomprehensive" report literally 15 minutes before my hearing, and the report that I obtained on line by myself for $22 contained a lot more information than the one I paid for to this PI $175. The licence plate information was sent to me on 11/30/18. Also, he accused me of calling my credit card company and putting the stop payment , which was ridiculous lie.I have lost thousands of dollars, and will have to put thousands of dollars into restoring my house once I will take the possession of my property. This $345 is a small change in compare with what my losses are. He informed me that he is not going to provide me with employment verification. I think he used it as an excuse because he was not able to get this info. Also he was pushing me to spend even more $$$ on unnecessary GPS placement, about $349 a week, plus $50 to put GPS and $50 to remove it, which I refused to do. The bottom line, the business dealing of this PI agency and its owner is very unethical, I feel I have been scammed by this company. My advise to you, do your own research, be your own PI and attorney, and you can get a lot more results in more efficient way, and you will spend 10 times less $$ than hiring this company.
