If you received a letter from this company notifying you that you are related to a long lost heir/family member that passed away, thank them for the heads up and RUN AWAY! In the beginning as they tried to win our business which entailed a 20% contingency fee (all inclusive) contract, they were very supportive. Once we signed on the dotted line and our case was handed over to a local law firm, the support dwindled. Ultimately, we had to fight our way out of double billing and it was a mess. There's nothing worse than feeling like you're fighting your own legal team. Best of luck!
