I went to this company for a small event to see how it was before talking to them about having their services for my business.. We had everything set up for our event and Matthew told us that the guard would be there and so on. Everything was great and then no guard showed up for our event. I tried calling and the man said he would leave a message so they could get back to me and NOTHING. I even tried calling the number I had for Matthew and texting multiple times and got no response... Looks like I’m looking elsewhere!

From day one, their potentional employees receive a laughable interview and background check. From there, they provide minimal (at best) training and allow their employees to conduct themselves in incredibly unprofessional manners. The "security" they provide for their main call-in center is an absolute joke. Most of their employees spend their shifts playing video games and watching movies. *Edit in response to owners comment: -No, I am not a disgruntled girlfriend of an ex employee nor an employee of the call center. I am an ex employee of your company speaking from experience. I worked both in the call center and at a couple different sites. I received absolutely minimal training and was told by the trainers (in addition to witnessing it myself) that everyone played games and watched movies. Most employees did not even properly record information about the calls they took or radio to check on any of the other sites. All I can say is I hope things have changed since my employment there. Although, judging by the unprofessional response I received, I doubt it.

I've never seen so many fake and similarly written reviews in my life. This is a terrible company to both work for and receive services from. I see a relative of the owner him 5 stars. But of course he did. Anyways, the guards receive no training. All you had to do was play on your phone and watch movies. Theres nothing or no one that holds you accountable for your job. You can do whatever pretty much. Especially since they never pay right and mess up every check. Id look up some background information on the owner before using his company or working for him. A quick Google search will tell you what you need to know.

Poor management an ownership they dont care about the saftey of there employees they mess up on your check cause payroll dont know what they are doing an just all around bad experience with this company if you wanna work for them be prepared to fork out 1000 to 2000 for equipment an training

The recent negative reviews do not reflect the real image of the company. The owner of the company personally goes out of his way to correct any mistake as soon as he is made aware. Employees are held accountable and the supervisors do everything in their power to correct their behavior instead of punishing them. I have been working for this company for going on 5 years. Out of every security company I've work for this company takes care of its employees. Whether they were sending us for training or reimbursing us for training we sought after ourselves. All of the managers and supervisors have been a pleasure to work with. I hope this review from a long-term employee help you with your decision whether to come aboard as an employee or as a client.
