I initially called and left a VM, which was never returned. When I did get ahold of someone they gave me an email to forward them information to. I got a confirmation email but never actually heard from someone. It’s unfortunate because this company had such good reviews, however, I suppose they just didn’t want the business this time around.

It's never simple to find someone to serve a document in another country, and especially when you want to use email to send documents. Most still prefer snail mail. However Mark from Cleveland Service Agency was very accommodating. It was easy to pay for services rendered, and the services rendered were quickly and efficiently performed. Whenever I had a question, Mark responded quickly. If ever I need something served in Ohio again, I will be sure to check with Mark first!
