Hi everyone, thanks for the great reviews, like I always say you Can't please everyone, but we try . We have a set price , just like everyone else in our business , we try hard too do what we can, but there is always someone who wants more than you can do. If you you don't or can't do it, some clients get angry. It is like going too a re estate company , and complain , your prices are too high, I will give you half of what it is worth. I always say , please contact any other firm and see if they can help you. And our logo is ," When you Try the Rest come to the Best. " No one works as hard as we do . And my mother use too say, " If you don't have anything anything nice to say, Why say anything??

I reached out to Catherine for help in ascertaining the wellness of a close relative. She responded with a quotation. Based on the current economic situation I requested a 30% discount . In response I got two of the rudest and most unsympathetic emails ever. I am in international business for the last 40 years dealing with all major world economies and cultures. This was unprecedented. Not acceding to a discount request is one thing but being dismissive is another. I am glad I did not hire her company. I guess glowing testimonials on the website are one thing and real experience is another. Interestingly the only other review (which is a 5 star) is by Al Biggs who shares the same last name as Catherine's!
