Special Operations Security Group (SOSG Security) is by far the most professional security company that we have ever worked with. We went through 3 other guard companies over the past 2 years before hiring this security company. In 2017 we signed up with SOSG to provide uniformed security guards for our properties across Alberta, including a large industrial complex, a shopping centre, office buildings and several residential apartments and high-rise condominiums. The management team was very knowledgable and friendly. They went out of their way to visit each of our properties and to meet with our property and building managers to discuss their security needs. We received a free security review, helpful recommendations and a great price that was discounted to meet our cost restrictions. All of the guards have been exceptional and they go out of their way to help out our staff and residents. The guards are professional, wear very nice uniforms and have great communications skills - as was promised (and delivered) by their management before we hired SOSG. We had one guard that was not very good, but as soon as we shared our concerns with SOSG management, they immediately replaced him with another guard who has been consistently great. We all look forward to another great year of working with your company and your guards!

I was in market mall and a guy dropped on the floor and started having a major seizure and convulsions and went unconscious. Nobody was helping him and two security guards from this company Special Operations Security Group ran out of the sporting life store they were working in and gave the guy cpr and got him breathing again. They stayed with him and helped him until an ambulance came. They definately saved his life. These guards were really professional and didn't want any recognition for what they dis. Just said they were “glad to help”. Awesome job!

Having had the Privilege to work first hand with Spec Ops I can honestly say these guys are no joke! Even at a basic security level you are getting Highly Trained individuals that have more often than not served as high ranking Police & Military officials. These guards have a high level of Integrity & Situational Awareness & are always on the move no matter the weather & that's at the basic level! They don't call themselves Special Operations for no reason! If they are this Stoic at the basic level I cant even fathom what they are like when you get into the Premium & High Profile levels. These guys are the real deal! & I'd not want to be a bad guy on their Patrol!

I would rate this security company the best I have used in 26 years in the industry. Professional from start to finish. I explained what I needed and Brad supplied 6 professional security guards to protect our stores ( and I mean Professional) They handled the scheduling and every shift was covered on time every day for over two months until the contract ended. We did not have another incident in our stores while they were working. The guards had a real presence that deterred thugs and gangsters but reassured our customers at the same time. What stands out to me about Spec Ops Security is their dedication to providing proper security services in Alberta in the modern age. As a service provider, Spec Ops Security is equally focused on meeting client needs, ensuring that they are able to address the concerns of a client before taking a contract and remaining communicative with those clients to ensure that their needs are continuing to be met. It is also rare for a Security Services company to be honest enough to admit when a request for service is beyond their abilities rather than to promise more than they can give. Few tasks are outside of their abilities, but should you have a need they are unable to meet you won't be given a run-around while they pretend they can address your concerns as they push together a half-solution that will seem to get the job done. As an employer they support their staff in taking decisive action and value hiring experienced team members. Most companies will hire anyone off the street, offering little more than "a heart-beat in a shirt", which won't do much for you as a client trying to reduce issues impacting persons or property. You're capable of calling the Police by yourself. If that's the extent of the service you will receive when hiring security, which is the typical level of service provided in 2021 in Alberta, all you're doing is wasting your time and money. If all you want is to appear to have security, you can hire anyone, but if you want a service provider that will take appropriate action to successfully resolve your concerns, you can't go wrong hiring Special Operations Security Canada.

I have been working with this company now for over 2 year. The staff are friend with the residents and the staff on site. The have a great leadership team and work hard to achieve the goals you set. The area I am located has a high rate of homeless and drug users.They have pushed the homeless and drug users and In doing this the residents feel safer. I would recommend this company the any company looking to clean up the building/ area.
