Read the reviews people. Dean is an ex cop turned traffic ticket lawyer, he will charge you a lot more than others, promising you that he will "take care of this for you", uses a bunch of buzz words to lure you in. He will then proceed to do a sub-par job, doesn't remember you as a client and doesn't communicate much about what's going on with your case. Save your money and go to someone who will pay attention to the specifics of your case and not treat it as just another opportunity to make easy money.

I would like to share my experience with Mr. Marsh.... I would recommend you rather deal with it yourself than going to him. Very unprofessional with no knowledge at all. I had the worst experience ever in my life dealing with him. He will make you feel like it is a piece of cake and for your money he will trap you into his ex cop stories. After taking your money-your case or ticket is not important.... he will never pick up your phone or even if he does he will hang up saying bad connection. Zero interest and knowledge.... I have met so many people but this was the worst experience ever in my life..

Dean was very helpful, understanding, and honest. He will be honest and tell you if he thinks you have a case or not. He was able to have a ticket, rolling stop, cancelled due to a technicality. This was awesome as I was able to keep my points and not pay the ticket. Dean is great and will definitely help if he can. I would highly recommend them for anything ticket related. I do stop a little longer at stop signs, even with no traffic coming so as not to get a rolling stop ticket again. If I ever do Dean will be the first I call. ????????

Used Dean a couple years ago. The initial phone conversation left me with the misleading impression that he was a professional and cared about his clients. Literally missed my court date...when I called him for an explanation he yelled at me over the phone and claimed he was doing this 'pro bono' as if that meant he had no obligation to actually do his job (I had to remind him of the $300 I had sent him a couple weeks prior). The next day he called and apologized, saying he had a fight with his daughter and took it out on me. Nice. Needless to say, he was so beyond useless that had it been something of greater importance or monetary value I would have considered pursuing legal action. Use a reputable firm, save yourself a headache.

Great sales pitch from him but once you paid it all goes down hill. This was a terrible experience, he gets his files all mixed up, does not deliver and after the fact requests paperwork whom he says he will review and get back to you with a possible solution but his never to heard from again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had googled Traffic Ticket Defense, and Provincial Ticket Resolutions popped up. I contacted Dean, he provided me with detail, and took the time to help me weigh out my options. After complying with his terms and gaining a little more knowledge, I sent him his service payment and have not heard anything of it, except receiving a letter from the Justice and Solicitor General stating: “Please be advised that the Crown will be applying to withdraw. There is nothing further you need to do.” Your awesome, thank you so much Dean!
