OEIS played an integral role in the attainment of my PI license. The course had a nice flow and solid structure to it with lots of practical examples. My instructor, Ihab, was tremendously helpful and always replied to my concerns within 12 hours. He gave me tips on how to approach the exam. I received a 90 percent mark in the exam. I highly recommend this company to anyone who aspires to be a PI.

I had a security guard license and decided to take a step further by taking PI Course. I searched many online agencies offering Online PI course and settled for OEIS because of their affordable price and extra pecks, such as on the job training and one on one help with. Great place to do your Security training, did mine all online, First Aid with Sherif which was great. All leaving One star out as you can't download course material or print it out as I'd prefer that except of having to carry my laptop around everywhere. All in all a positive experience. Also for future students if you guys can throw in a couple of practice tests that be great help. Thanks.

I took the Online Security Guard Training Course and I'd say it was an overall 'Good' experience. Some hiccups along the way that were a little confusing, some spelling and grammatical mistakes in the course materials, but I think the content and practice tests succeeded in preparing me for the provincial test. Would give this a 4.5 / 5 if I could because it was very affordable when compared to other online options, would recommend to a friend. Also when I needed customer service it was prompt and informative.

I was looking to enter the world of Private Investigations when I found OEIS offering the course for a good price. I expected the course to be self guided, and expected I had to do everything on my own. It was nothing like that, the course was hosted on an easy to navigate interface, and I had a lot of support from my teacher and mentor Ihab. Any questions that I had, Ihab would answer my emails within hours and sometimes within minutes. He even spent time explaining to me concepts that I did not quite understand. This was a very good experience for me,. OEIS is a very professional organization and I highly recommend their services.

Due to the Pandemic restrictions, I did the course online. The course itself is very in depth, every single section covered fully in detail. The fact that they also included additional information and training to the course, I found this helps really strengthen and train one for the duties ahead

OEIS does a great job at providing and teaching individuals an original yet necessary take on all information needed to pass Ontario-standards-meeting tests. They offer optional exams to complete prior to the final exam which really help studying and further implement understanding of knowledge. Very unprofessional organization. I had applied to a job, and the interview went rather well. I was promised that I would hear back either way on Wednesday or Thursday. Two days after the date I was told, I followed up and got sent to a voicemail after speaking to an HR representative. I called again simply to follow up two days after I was told I would hear back from them. Finally, I was sent an email stating that they had selected someone else. I’m not upset that I didn’t get the job, I’m upset with the absolute lack of professionalism from a company that hails themselves as one of the best in the business. I truly hope that this isn’t how they treat their clients.
