As a former guard (left due to health matters and various private reasons) let me assure you that DSS and the owner are well above and beyond consummate professionals at everything they do. Training Education Experience are well above top notch and second to none. I can not say enough good about them period. If your a customer or pending customer. YOU WANT DSS and Santos Team. Worst service ever, stay clear. Customer service representative named Santo was rude and obnoxious and extremely inconsiderate. I recommend finding another security company to deal with where professionalism is a priority.
