Although I realize they are not in the customer Service business, they are rude and unnecessarily hostile. They recovered my vehicle in the afternoon and by 4:30 when I went to reclaim it, they told me that they were closed and were only open form 10 am to 3 pm. A five hour work day? I explained to the gentleman that those hours conflicted with my work hours to which he then told "Guess you'll have to take a day off then" He was rude and aggressive.
