I would have given Steve a 1-star rating if he hadn't given me a discount on the already exorbitant fees he charged me for after failing to complete the job. He used a low resolution (720p) camera that could not visualize the persons face. I was highly disappointed with the caliber of his work. I paid about $1000 USD for that picture.

I approached Steve to get his opinion on my email being hacked. He was honest to tell me that he personally does not do that type of work and referred me to a specialist. The specialist was very honest and gave me free and honest advice. Their opinion was that, given my situation, I would be wasting my time and money trying to identify the hacker and bring the hacker to justice.
