Umm where do I start: Day one: called and hired them, same day they had an investigator tailing my spouse who as I assumed was at a coffee shop canoodling with his mistress - received live pictures and details of the tramp instantaneously on my phone. Absolute waste of money. I dealt with Adrienne and genuinely required her assistance in a personal matter. However, before giving me any update at all, she would bully me into paying more money than was written in the contract. She said that she would not give me any of the evidence until I kept paying on top of the $3000. Horrible person and customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I wish I had done my research. Please stay away if you want to save your hard earned dollars. All their reviews seem fake anyways, To the readers reading this, please beware of their pressure tactics. They will promise you something over the phone then pressure you into signing and booking more sessions. If you do go with their service, please read every inch of the contract. They will use the classic "its in your contract" every chance they get, but Adrienne will basically bully you into quickly signing so you dont have any chance to read. Anyone resorting to their service is already in a bad enough position and on top they take advantage of them, absolutely awful.

I knew my husband was having an affair because his phone and all his electronics we are password-protected and not available to me. I hired Star Quality Private Investigation to do some surveillance to find out what the hell he was up to. They did some digital forensic social media searches which then gave us perfect intel to take the next step. Within a day they came back with the video that blew my mind. Not only was he having an affair but it was with somebody from our sons sports team. Disgusted and angry they gave me what I needed to mediately file for a separation and full custody. Sadly 0 stars is not an option. Paid this "company" $1500.00 in January to locate our Daughter Alex. 5 Months later, no report, no follow up, and no Alex. Numerous phone calls, non returned. We hired another firm, in July to again try to find our daughter, this company asked SQPI to provide a report to me so he was not wasting his time following the same leads that they did. SQPI refused. Here we are in August, the other company found my daughter safe and sound, SQPI has still not provided any report, follow up or even an invoice. I am now following up with the ministry of correctional services and public safety, who oversees Private investigation firms.

PLEASE STAY AWAY. They are crooks. They will rack up charges on your credit card without details and will say it was in your contract. Random charges. Horrible service, they will lure you in and keep making you add another day by providing unclear photos etc. Adrienne is a con artist
