I sent money by bank wire to a merchant and they never sent the merchandise. I was worried because after 3 months of trying in the US to no avail. I am from the US and did not know anyone in Toronto. A serious error in judgment on my behalf has put me at risk of ID theft. During a phone call I supplied personal info to someone who I believed was with Revenue Canada. Immediately after I realized I had fallen for the CRA scam. Shame on me! Since the incident I've been frantically taking steps to fend off the dire repercussions that such a mistake can have. This has included: Filing a police report, Filing a report with the Canada Anti Fraud center, Adding flags to my bank accounts, Putting up Fraud alerts on the 2 main credit bureau's. I called this hotline and had Investigator Mitch Dubros look into the case. He was able to get some very important information on the criminal, his full name, date of birth, and address, he also figured out that a charity for mental health was paying for this crooks rent.. Getting this information helped put an end to the anxiety i was going through. In the end we got the crook arrested and all has been well since then. Would defintely recommend them.

Googled PI's randomly. This website came first. I decided to give them a shot. With full intention to call others, compare experience and rates. Was completely prepared to be fleeced for the services. What I experienced was a complete oposite. I'm a mom of 18 yr old who is in a verbally and emotionally abusive relationship. He's steps away to take it to physical level. He completely brain washed her. I also suspect he has done this before and there is a restraining order against him. Police told me I can't find out if there is one. So I called Mitchel, ready to pay whatever to save my baby. Instead of fleecing me, Mitchel advised me how to get that information on my own. I was shocked!!!! I could not believe my own ears. Not only did he advise me how to deal with the situation but he also offered emotional support. I have no words. Few hrs after I spoke to Mitchel new information came into play. Her boyfriend supplied our daughter with a secret phone. My husband and I had the first instinct to demolish this lie. It's understandable. Emotions run high... i called Mitchel at 10 at night explained what's going on. He again, gave an amazing, calm, informative advice. Productive advice. Yes, I paid for service that was not delivered. They are rude and untrustworthy. They refused to take your call and ignore any request that you make. They have not fully sent me a report for my $700 paid to locate someone. Even after I gave them sufficient leads and the vicinity of the whereabouts of the person they were supposed to locate. They could not properly relate the methods they use to try and get me the information I needed. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau. Totally incompetent, and lack professionalism.

I contacted Mitchell last week for help regarding being defrauded by someone I was buying a gift card from. Just a few minutes into the conversation he told me he could help and that he would look into it with the information I gave him. Within a couple hours he called me back with all the information we needed to catch the person who was responsible. My husband and I moved from the prairies to the BC coast, hiring LANDMARK VANLINES out of Toronto. They picked up our goods August 12 with the understanding that two weeks plus would be sufficient time to deliver our goods Sept 3. After paying the full amount for the move on August 28 the goods were not delivered. New dates were provided and not met. As senior citizens we were sleeping on the floor in our new home, without any household goods and by mid month we were desperate and becoming ill, knowing the company would not act in good faith. We contacted private investigator, Mitchell Dubros in Toronto, who went to the company headquarters in person and pressured them to deliver our goods. After several visits, the goods were finally delivered August 29, four weeks after the company had been paid and our goods held for 7 weeks. Neither the Better Business Bureau, nor local MP’s, MLA’s or lawyers were able to resolve our issue. It required a Private Investigator and once he became involved it took only 4 days to get the delivery. We were so relieved and grateful. We heartily recommend Mitchell Dubros for assistance in situations like ours, where 'Boots on the Ground' is the only resolution.

After reading the reviews online I decided to contact this company. They took my money without hesitation and promised to investigate my cheating husband. They charge me 2500$ and said they would provide a week of evidence with daily updates. They only did 2 days instead of 7 days. I tried contacting the owner of the company Mitchell and told him I was unhappy with the way in which the investigation was going. Mitchell discussed this with Gabrielle who became upset and held back my report. After running around for 2 weeks to get the report from Gabrielle all I got was a 2 page report with very little info and details. He pictures provided with only of my husband car and the woman house. Although there were so many lights around when my husband entered and exit the house there were no pictures or video to prove it. I took my hard earned money which I will take years to pay back the bank to give to them in order to get video and picture evidence, but they provided me with very minimal info. They claimed the place was dark and they couldn't use flashlight which is ridiculous. Because the area was brightly lit and there were street lights everywhere. I am very hurt and disappointed in their service. They are only after the money and Mitchell as a boss should see that his company live up to the reviews that they most likely making up and post on their website. People please be aware of this company and don't pay all the money upfront because this company is a rip off. Gabrielle promised me so much and provided next to nothing. Do not trust them with your money, they are not giving you anything for the 2500$ that they charge. I just wish they had a zero to rate them with. As they don't even deserve 1 star.
