Unprofessional, unreliable, do not hire. After several attempts to get an investigator on the phone, we finally had a conversation, and set up a meeting to discuss an extremely dangerous situation I have on my hands. The following week I brought a trusted friend to the meeting and arrived early. Then we waited... and waited. We called him twice and waited for an hour before finally getting a call back. The poor excuse he offered for his tardiness, lack of awareness, and unprofessionalism is that he'd lost his phone. He was currently in Brampton and just found this missing phone and asked to reschedule for later that day. Mr. CSI - if you cannot find your PHONE, how can I rely on you to find someone who is stalking me and emotionally harassing me? I encourage you to expand your knowledge and experience in client services.
