I started working for this company back in June of 2018. I worked for them up until July 2019. Decent company with decent accounts. Only thing is if one of their accounts or contracts expire you will be out of work. That's the only reason I am no longer with this company is because the place where they had me working for a few months didn't need them anymore.

It really depends on who ur working with and what site your assigned to. I had to work with an inexperienced supervisor who had to supervise me and 6 others. But all she wanted to do was not confront the people who were doing wrong,and be on her phone most of the time. I heard they lost that site now,not surprised really. The office staff like to protect each other. One person in the office told me i was lying about what i said a roaming super did to me and i just had no words. All i can say is these security companies are all a joke. They swear their the best and they do all these professional things and act all high class blah blah. They're all the same at the end of the day. Work directly for a building if u really want genuine security exp.

Be careful with this company everything was great four years ago but currently this company has changed. They have removed great account managers and have unexperienced account managers. Not only that you will be in a bad environment where you meet great field supervisors and others who bring false rumors to other sites about your personal life thats unprofessional. If you are a employee such as a security guard in this company its great but not for all sites and if you decide to work for them over time or less your pay check is always missing hours so its like you working for free. If you ever have to deal with sexual harassment from anybody work related they will protect them depending on amount of years and find a way to have you out. I really hope someone investigates this company because many security guards already left because of these type of environments and also have left because of the unprofessionalism .

too many minimum wage sites and not enough over time, but to get your foot in the door a great company. you will get more problems from their site than the office staff. keep in mind if you ever have a problem the company will ALWAYS take the site they placed you word over yours. they only care about making the money at the end of the day. only ex law enforcement get the good high paying sites, not surprising being the owner of the company is ex law enforcement. moving up takes always about 5years, unless you cool with a account manager, you "might" move up in 2 to 3.

A private investigator but i was at my witts end The staff was professional and veey understanding. Ive been working for the company for around 5 year's and I can honestly say that the company is A-1. Paid vacation, time 1/2 whenever you do overtime and they start you off with decent pay. I've had steady work for my duration with the company.. Management is excellent and very understanding . Their account manager Artie is the BEST guy to work under, he's very professional and if you do your job and show up on time he is as fair as they come... Also the company have tons of sites and are open to work with you .. Best company I've ever worked for ...

We contacted Bo Dietl after an ex business partner took a huge sum of money from our partnership and fled the country. Although the potential amount of money lost (<$500k) was trivial, Bo took on our case and within a month had located the individual and reported him to the property authorities, who were also looking for him. Thanks to Bo Dietl and Associates, my wife and I narrowly escaped having our life savings stolen from us by an unscrupulous ex business partner who fled the country. The people in Bo's office were friendly and helpful and on top of their game. I did not once have to micro-manage the investigation, they were on top of it from day 1. I have no idea how they found my ex business partner, but kudos to Bo for putting another bad guy in jail! Cheers!

I really needed this company to hear the problem with the informative details I explained via email to Sean Lanigan. He was very irresponsible such as asking for a photo copy of the same information I already sent to him. Jacklyn an employee investigator never contacted me back after I sent the details via email followed by a voicemail concerning the company services. I was treated very unfair by these 2 employees. The services didnt have to be this unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
