I contacted Suzanne by telephone and explained my situation i am currently in. Because of the nature of this situation it would take possibly a long time to collect the solid proof of my suspicion. The lady has a very big heart, she was honest with me and said she could take on my case but right out of the gate said with everything that needs to be done, she could do it, but she wouldn't feel right and instead of taking my case on, provided me with some very helpful advice. The advice she have me is the same advice she would give to a family member. If you are looking for an honest, caring PI who has morals and a true empathetic, genuine caring Heart, do yourself a favor and retain this incredible human being for you services you require. Our experience with Axiom has been excellent. We had an extremely difficult case, with a clever and very evasive target. Not your typical "is my partner cheating on me" type case. We found Suzanne to be forthcoming, honest, and diligent. She goes the extra mile and does things other PI's don't do. She also doesn't look like an ex-cop, which is what most other PI's seem to be, thus she is less obvious and can more easily be just another "average person". This is especially helpful when conducting surveillance. The information Axiom has gathered is expected to finally make this case, in our favor. Without it justice may not have been adequately served, and we'd have been on the short end of the stick.

Lies to the court. Says she records you, but apparently the recordings don't turn out well. And when you call her out she threatens to sabotage your case. I will complain on Suzanne Edmondson to her licensing and maybe I will get a response and an explanation then. I hope the person who has a similar review on here like mine complains as well. We have the same story. You can't trust Axiom.

Hello, I am a cowboy out of Alberta and working in Nakusp, B.C. I had a child with a woman in Surrey. After we split, my ex used my past(DUI's last one in 2017) and driving without a license to restrict and limit my time with my son. We agreed before trial that if the visits were supervised it would be acceptable. There were approximately 24 visits; visits were for 2 days, every 2 weeks, 4 visits a month, 6 months. I give the back ground because I wanted to express how long my experience was Axiom. Having this forced intrusion upon someone who lives alone(minus animals and contractors) was emasculating and extremely stressful. Having someone come into my space that I have for just my son and I was nerve-racking and intimating. On the first visit, I can't express the overwhelming emotion that accompanied my visit. Having not seen my son in almost 2 months he was 18 months old, Suzanne was amazing. She called me before the visit, we did the intake and questionnaire before I arrived. She was professional and made it very clear that her only responsibility was to my son. She would only act in his best interest. Through the course of approximately 24 visits she demonstrated her knowledge of the industry, as well as made me feel comfortable to ask questions, (LIKE, if my son cried for 126 seconds that I didn't need to go running into the room which did happened once haha). She has a vast knowledge of the proceedings in B.C. as well as her years of experience meant she was able to listen and share her opinion which helped me manage everything that was going on. Suzanne was always respectful of Covid-19 procedures and made sure to make me and my son feel secure. She would engage sometimes with him, however remained predominantly in her seat and just supervised. She was never over bearing, or controlling, she allowed me to be a father to my son without making me feel like if I didn't do something perfectly I was going to lose any custody rights. It saddens me that her job is required in this world, however I take some comfort knowing that there are professional individuals like Suzanne, and businesses like Axiom Investigation out there. Helping; parents prove they aren't a danger to their child/children, to protect children from individuals who could harm them, and for assisting parents that may just need a little extra help. My sister got court-ordered supervision for when my niece visited her father. He has a violent history & other companies dropped him or refused to work with him. My sister met with another supervisor agency first but wasn't happy with their level of expertise & experience. The axiom supervisor had everything under control (including him) & my niece really liked her too. Very professional & genuine.

In regards to the review by PropertyTechGirl, I can attest that I am the other parent in this situation. The supervised visit in question was terminated for VERY JUST CAUSE, as defined by the terms and conditions of Suzanne’s very reputable business, which were agreed upon and signed by myself AND the mother. Suzanne’s business of 14 years has had NOTHING but 5-star, glowing reviews up this point. Throughout the process of sourcing out an agency, my only priority was to ensure that my son remained safe and comfortable throughout these court-ordered supervised visits. Suzanne’s priorities were exactly that of mine, and the termination of the visit this past Sunday is the reason for the malicious review above by my son’s mother. What Suzanne did in this volatile situation was EXACTLY why I chose her to supervise the visits between my son and his mother. Suzanne was never anything but extremely professional, and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a qualified supervisor for their visitation circumstance.

My case was full of lies and defamation and I could have lost my child forever. This is where Suzanne's services was crucial. Suzanne very open and transparent about her non-bias approach to child supervision. She was very professional and maintained in the integrity of the supervision process right to the end. She respected opinions and “stories” of both parties while maintaining professional boundaries. Years of experience in the supervision field allowed her to use her professional judgment and submit a report that was full of facts. I admired her ability to capture details of supervision succinctly. During the visit she allowed the parent and child interact freely without comprising the supervision. WARNING. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS BUSINESS. Hello all, I have concealed my identity in an effort to avoid the legal hassle that past clients face after leaving a review. Per her responses Suzanne Edmunson who is the owner and sole employee at Axiom Investigators, threatens legal action when she disagrees with a review. I have experience with this business and, with the owner Suzanne. A professional & competent supervisor understands the requirement to be a calming force in what is likely a high conflict environment for any child seeing a parent under supervised terms. Axioms responses to these reviews raise alarms as to whether Suzanne comprehends this let alone cares for the best needs of the child. Thankfully Judges see through her over confident grandious statements. Her testimony was criticized in our final ruling. The Judge felt Axiom/Suzanne failed to provide reliable testimony. Opposing council asked why she felt her credentials were better than 'any other supervision company' and her response left the Judge baffled. While under oath she was unwilling to provide the name of any other Supervisor she employeed on a full time basis. If Suzanne is 'more qualified than everyone else' why does she not have a real staff like many other local companies? I noticed no reviews here make mention of another Supervisor. Needless to say, Axiom does not provide a service that is suitable for families in high conflict situations. Anyone who requires proof of my statements can contact me directly through the Google review. Suzanne has rebuked claims made by others here and so I feel the need to willingly provide a copy of our Trial Judgement as it relates to Axiom, Email bank transfer payments + Axiom visit reports to anyone who requires this for their due diligence in finding a qualified supervision agency in Abby and surrounding area. -----> The uploaded photo is a "5 star Review" by Suzannes daughter who bares the same last name Edmunson. Professional people with integrity do not need or tolerate a family member providing a fake positive review. Attempts to manipulate online ratings and deceive potential clients highlight a lack of ethics. Knowing Axiom has one fake 5 star lie review clearly calls into question the validity of all other 5 star lies reviews. Particularly those with no other review activity apart from one provided here. Telltale sign of lies fake reviews.
