We run a large event and have used a number of different companies over the years. Heads up -- we would not recommend this one. Our site manager reported that the site was made less secure by communications problems and lack of training and awareness. We tried to find a replacement but on such short notice we could not find the numbers we needed. It was scary to be honest and very hard on the site staff. Fortunately, nothing happened that required a security response. Had it, we would have been in trouble. Our contact in the company agreed that the service provided did not live up to professional minimum standards and sought to have part of the invoice reduced. He was great. However, head office was churlish in their handling of the matter and it was overall a poor experience that cost far more than was delivered this year. Beware of the initial lower quote. We will go to our other options again in future.

G4S is the best company to work for, the staff are always very caring, respectful, honest, they (staff) always treat me like family and they (the staff) would always encourage me to reach my goals at work. Why are so many people employed by G4S security so uneducated and under-trained? As a private security company the least you can do is ensure your employees have a basic understanding of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the slightest ability to communicate in English. They should also know that they need to identify themselves when asked by a member of the public. Your company wastes valuable police resources time and time again due to the severe lack of proper training and attempts to interfere with lawful activities. If I could give zero stars to G4S I would.

One of the highly professional security service. I met with HR dhe is great lady and dealing in highly professional manners and specially supervisor Omar he is amazing man. Although I never got a chance to work with him but I had several meetings with him and I am a fan of G4S due to their highly professionals skills and employees. Free parking and handicap parking plus handicap access in office unit. Excellent customer service/receptionist.

This is the worst security company I’ve ever used...ever. I’ve worked with dozens of security providers over the years and this team proved to be so unprofessional it was dangerous for our staff, volunteers and patrons. If you have an event that requires security to engage with the public, stay far, far away from this company. As a single example of pure incompetence, they sent a supervisor to our event site that does not have his security license! How is that even possible? The service was shockingly poor, and the way they handled the situation after the event was almost more appalling. I wish google would allow me to rate with 0 stars. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

im doing my resume and career building. my phone was stolen so im reviving some of my emails to apply on indeeed jobs i printed my resume about 15-30 times and the man security of about 60 came up to me CRITISEZED my actions and picked me apart on the spot. i have never been to this office yet abuse any privilage i havent applied fore alberta works because i belive in independance and working hard i am thourolghy disgusted with my experience todAY hes staring at me so im writing fast and im very angry in his lack of understanding

Teach your guards the mandates if they're going to enforce. Players at hockey have to provide proof of vaccine before they can sign up and don't require proof to play in their own games every night

Tonight I was leaving Walmart with 1 item in my cart and one item on my receipt. The guard asked for my receipt which I gave him he then proceeded to tell me has to check the number ect. I said no I've paid for this merchandise and I am leaving he grabbed my wrist and pushed me backwards. I was just going to leave it and just deal with Walmart however; a little while later my shoulder started to hurt. I have made a file with the police.

Very professional company. I had a security incident at Southland Leisure Center and Mr. Sajwan went above and beyond to help me. Very happy to see him and the other security officers there every time I go.

Super unprofessional has to park in the only spot close to the building so everyone trying to use the bank has to park 30 meters away , i hate ignorant people like your staff unbelievable
