Love this place! From walking in and feeling welcomed to the knowledge of the employees to the products I purchased, I can't recommend Glow Medi Spa enough! I have been using the products Deirdra recommended for over a month now. She recommended a few based on my skin type and my skin has never felt or looked so good. Since coming to the spa, my skin has been looking fresher than ever and I have the peel and the products I purchased to thank for that!

Love everything about Glow Medi Spa. From the moment I enter out of the elevator I am greeted by a lovely team, starting with Deidre and Carole who are always welcoming and accommodating. Next, I head to the beautiful waiting area that is ultra cozy and inviting. My treatments, which range from waxing, to facials and electrolysis are done by one of the best in the business in Toronto, Lorraine. She is meticulous in her work and leaves me feeling refreshed and pampered every time. Finally on the way out, I stop to pick up one of their great (and fairly priced) beauty products that are top quality and Lorraine is always right there to help me pick the best product for me. Best experience, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had two amazing facials at their new Markham clinic with Rose for cystic acne. Rose was professional, extremely knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. In fact, during the facial she gave me the most relaxing scalp and hand massage! The homecare products she recommended were exactly what my skin needed to heal and get healthier. My skin is finally getting clearer and am excited to continue my treatments at Glow! Great client care, beautiful location and a wide variety of spa and medi spa services.

I visited the Glow Medi Spa in Yorkville because it was so highly recommended by close friends. I had an amazing and relaxing experience. I received a chemical peel to lighten up dark spots and uneven skin tone. I had always thought a chemical peel was harsh and that I would have a red face for a few days, but it was nothing like I expected. I left with my expectations surpassed, my skin looked so healthy (no redness), moisturized and even. I will definitely be back to get another treatment. If you stop by to get a treatment, ask for Alyssa, she completely made my day! and also Deirdra for making me feel so comfortable and taken care of.

I had a fantastic experience at Glow Medi Spa! I was nervous because I'm inexperienced with facials and I wanted to make sure I was choosing something appropriate for my skin type and needs. They started off with an assessment of my skin, and after a discussion, we did an OxyGeoneo. I was walked through all of the steps and it was very comfortable from start to finish. I can't wait to return again the next time I want to pamper myself - my skin looked and felt amazing :)

My experience: Terrible and ineffective. Don't be fooled by the fancy, upscale, clean office and cheery front desk - it's ALL FOR SHOW. Had several laser treatments for spider veins AND schlerotherapy at this place (at PREMIUM PRICES - to help PAY for that fancy waiting room, no doubt...), and despite Dr. Wong's charming little speech about "offering some of the ~best vein treatments in the city", NEITHER DID A DARN THING. Not ONLY did she and her "nurses"/technicians do a terrible job, but she then had the gall to try and defend the unacceptable "work" by attempting to make me feel like I was hallucinating the COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE results on top of it! Beforehand, I had gone to a much more reasonably priced place that had KNOWLEDGEABLE nurses and doctors whose treatments were ACTUALLY EFFECTIVE, and I ran right back to them to successfully finish the work after these bad experiences with Dr. Wong. It is clear this office is more interested in recommending ABSOLUTELY USELESS procedures to collect as much money as possible, as opposed to offering GOOD and EFFECTIVE procedures to their clients. Bottom line: If you enjoy throwing hard-earned money down the drain for NO reason and NO results at all, feel free to try out Dr. Wong and Glow Medi Spa. Otherwise, there are FAR better vein technicians out there at FAR better prices who deliver FAR better results. I would not recommend Dr. Wong or Glow Medi Spa to anyone. [ps. Interesting that there are so many "5 star/perfect" reviews on here - possibly staff or friends/relatives leaving fake reviews to up the score, I'll bet...]

I had the most amazing experience at Glow Yorkville. I was interested in lip injections but wanted a natural look. Right away the front desk receptionist Carole made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. The nurse was amazing and took her time really listening to what I wanted. I now have fuller yet natural look lips. I will definitely be returning for more treatments.

They have a fee for their consultation, which is usually free elsewhere and indicated that the fee could be used towards products/services. I was misled, the consultation was not helpful at all, very condescending.
