Thought this place was okay until one of the nurses gave my 16 month old a vaccine meant for teenagers. Thankfully it didn't hurt her, but I don't like the fact that it happened. It could have been much more serious and I'm concerned about its happening in the future. Thankfully everyone there is really nice and it's an engaging environment. Dr Trent D Richards and the staff at Tanner clinic exceeded my expectations this week. I became very worried after finding out in the ER that I had to have an emergency procedure on my eye. Luckily for me Dr Trent Richards was willing to fit me in quickly, was extremely patient, kind and also thorough yet easy to understand. I did some research and found Dr. Nickel to have great reviews, so I gave him a try. My experience there was wonderful. Dr. Nickel was thorough, easy going and addressed my concerns. I really appreciate the doctors at Tanner Clinic. I went to "Urgent Care" one day after I fell. Two days later I had an appointment with a different doctor. As I was telling him about the fall and the visit with the other doctor, I was told the Urgent Care doctor had called him to discuss my situation. This has happened many times. It's so nice having all my health care needs taken care of in one place.

Got here at 2:30 for our appointment, 5-6 more people came in after us and all got taken back before us. We didn’t go back til 3:10. Current lot waiting in the room and still haven’t heard from anyone. There’s 3 girls up front and quite a few people in the back but there were no apologies or explanations just “sit tight”.

My doctor that I’m switching away from has prescribed me two meds I should be on and was warned by other doctors how detrimental they were to my health. Both physical and mental health. Also his PA or assistance whatever she was asked why I had ptsd and asked me to go into detail. I came in for migraines.

I met with BOTH Greg Rasmussen and Dr. Ben Humphreys to get a second opinion on my back and MRI results, as I had not fully understood what had been proposed and what was/is going on with my lower back and the issues associated with the lower back pain. First, Greg came in and discussed my history and then went over my results from the MRI, line by line, explaining exactly what all of the medical terms meant in PLAIN ENGLISH. This was VERY important to me so that I could later on make an informed decision. Greg used spine models to illustrate what was happening AND why I was experiencing every symptom I have. Then he answered my questions clearly. Next. Greg went and got Dr Humphreys and they both returned and discussed options that I have and the 3 basic routes to take for back issues. It all finally made sense! We discussed the road I am currently on with my treatment, and what I could do now and in the future. Dr. Humphreys encouraged me to. at the very least, complete the current course of action with the physicians group I was currently working with, and IF I needed additional treatments down the road, that I could (and I will) come back to see Dr Humphreys. The time that these two professionals spent with my1st wife and me, and the clarity of every thing that their practice does and can do for me, left me feeling so positive and encouraged that I finally feels like there is light at the end of this long, dark tunnel of pain and Dr's and hospital visits and imaging and hone remedies. The one regret I have is in not coming here to see Dr Humphreys first. It may take a but to get into see him, but it is so worth it if you can possibly do it. Its like, do you want a new Chevy sedan you can drive off the lot tomorrow, OR would you prefer a brand new, custom designed, to your specifications Infiniti QX60, that you may have to wait a little bit for? I'd go for the Infiniti. They are that good!

Dr. Mellor, my ENT, did a good job on my deviated septum. I had little inflammation and minimal pain afterwards. But I'm angry that it cost me another sixty bucks for a post-op; for them to spend a few seconds in my nose just to tell me everything looked good. I was also told I likely wouldn't be charged for the post-op at the front desk. The whole time I felt like they were trying to get as much money as they could out of me. I feel robbed and it feels very dishonest to me. But what's new, that is our healthcare here. I just don't want to go back to this place. They also had very long wait times. Sometimes upwards of an hour, just to spend a few minutes in the actual appointment.

Great doctors and easy check-in, but phone wait times are ridiculous. And don't bump your phone during a televisit check-in because if you close anything, you can't get back in and completely miss the appointment. Then you can't get ahold of anyone over the phone unless you wait another 45 minutes.

Top 3 worst doctors i have ever seen. Dr Muhammad was SO EXTREMELY INTENSE AND PUSHY (AND EXTREMELY INPATIENT) that I'm pretty sure I gave him A LOT if misinformation, possibly off by years. I love Dr. Biddulph, he has a very kind manner, he is easy to talk to and ask questions. His receptionist and medical assistant, are always welcoming and kind. All of the staff at Tanner Clinic, from the front desk to the lab technicians, have all been kind and easy to talk to.

If you are looking for an amazing OB/GYN you cannot find better than Dr. Sumsion at Tanner Clinic in Layton. He helped me through a very high risk pregnancy after many miscarriages and delivered me a beautiful baby girl safely. He let me come in as often as I wanted to for peace of mind and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. His staff was always kind, and I couldn’t be more grateful to all of them. I was put at ease the entire time, which for me made it possible to enjoy the entire process. I’ve never left a review for anyone before, but he was so incredible I couldn’t not share my experience. If you get the opportunity to have him be your doctor you will be in the very best of hands and get the highest level of care. They have my forever gratitude.

I never get a call back with any voicemails I leave, called in the other day and was transferred 4 times and the lady I spoke with on the phone was rude and not helpful. She couldn’t get me to anyone who could help or answer my questions. Love my dr. Though. Just wish it was easier to talk to someone who can help.

I was billed wrong for everything that was covered and paid for by my insurance company, again and again, wrongly, for a back problem is had for years before that while year wasn't covered by Tanner Clinic standards. TANNER CLINIC retroactively billed everything to wrong after getting paid by my insurance company, and now say I owe them 100% of every charge incurred in 2020 even though it was already paid. I've fixed it on 3 and 4 way conference calls at least a dozen times this year with all parties involved and then TANNER CLINIC charges it to me again but worth a final notice and a that to ruin my credit rating if I don't pay. I'll be calling the BBB and the FTC to report Tanner Clinic.

This was my first visit to Tanner Clinic Layton. All the staff were helpful iwith quick attention & gave directions to my destination. I visited the xray department they were exemplary from the front desk to the xray techs even though they were fairly busy. The wait time was minimal. There was easily accessible precaution measures in place & signage reminding all of the need. Dr. Hoggan's office staff were kind, caring, & professional. He himself made me feel as though he really cared. He listened to my concerns & was informative at every step of the visit taking nothing for granted.. 'I've been a RN for nearing 40 years and have worked in a number of settings & specialties so I've had the opportunity to come in contact & work with a whole bunch of doctors. He ranks right at the very top in my professional opinion. I'd recommend this clinic & Dr. Hoggan to anyone looking.

I went to Urgent Care for possible UTI they sent me to a family practice doctor. I was very sick, fever, chills, pain. I sat in office for about an hour before I was seen only to be told I have a bad kidney and bladder infection and to go home with antibiotics. Went to ER next day to find out I was on the brink of Sepsis. I had a kidney stone blocking up my kidney which required immediate surgery. Maybe more should have been done at Urgent Care.

Six or seven years ago, Dr. Mansfield moved from his office at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden to the Tanner Clinic in Layton. I was not happy, but I loved Dr. Mansfield. Once you find a Dr. that you love and trust, it's worth the sacrifice of a short drive. I have been very pleased with the ease in making appointments, getting reminders, getting correct answers to questions when I call, and the ease of finding parking places. The receptionists and staff members have always been courteous and helpful and the premises are always kept in good repair and looking nice and clean. If I had to to drive to another clinic, I'm glad it's Tanner Clinic.

I have been using Tanner Clinic for pain mgt now for 5-6 years. Dr Andrew Cole is amazing. However I feel for the last year it is only about the $$ since they make me do a every two week visit. Last visit Dr Cole agreed to do a 30 day supply and his PA on did two weeks. In addition to that I needed a muscle relaxer after surgery and nope no prescription

Today I was told the results of my CT WERE not good. Dr. Lenthe went and spoke with Drm Meacham to see if he could squeeze me into his schedule "today". Not only did Dr. Meacham see me within 45 minutes, he also performed the biopsy right away. I am retired from the medical field. This was superb patient care! Forever grateful for the professionalism in a poor prognostic dilemma I find myself in.

We did tele-health appts for our 6 month appointments with the allergist so we could get our allergy shot serum re-mixed. We paid an $80 co-pay for an appointment that was literally less than 5 minutes! I think because we were together, and it was so short, we should've only had to pay one co-pay. So expensive for 3 minutes.

I promise that I will never use Tanner clinic again. I schedule an urology just for routine to check if everything is okay because of my age and I was surprised with a bill with the description “sexual disfunction”. That is not the reason for my visit. When I called to schedule an appointment I had to inform my insurance and the reason of my visit ( routine checkup because of my age). When I received this bill I called the office because the description it is not corrected and the office told me that was the doctor wrote and this reason it is not covered by the insurance. I explained the reason of my visit and she said she will check this. And then I was surprised with a new bill to pay the visit $5.00 less then the previous bill.

I like that checking in my phone made the process easier, especially with it being my first visit. The office was clean. I wasn’t kept waiting. I love Jennifer Bunker. She answered all of my questions, was super good with my 20 month old, who was the actual patient. I didn’t feel rushed at all, even after an hour. My only complaint is that I had to ask about what could be done to reduce allergic reactions. That is when I was told about a program that can help with that. Other than that, it was a really good experience.

Generally I love Tanner clinic. My last visit however was fairly upsetting. There were 3 people in the waiting room who were not wearing masks, one who was actively coughing. When I questioned receptionist why they weren't wearing masks, she said they don't really enforce it. There are signs everywhere that say a mask is REQUIRED. I pointed out that one was continually coughing without even covering her mouth. The receptionist just shrugged. As someone who is severely immunocompromised, this is unacceptable to me.

The docs at Tanner Clinic have a fantastic reputation but I've never really been highly impressed since my PCP retired (she was the BEST). Worse yet, the organization is spread out over numerous buildings in different cities and it's rarely clear which building to go to. Finally, no one ever answers the phone so if you go to the wrong building, you can't call to warn them you're late. Bottom line: I'll go elsewhere

Don't wait for them to help you. I would have had a ruptured appendix had I waited for them. Good thing IHC in Layton was so fantastic and got my appendix out right away. Tanner called me 2 days later to schedule the ultrasound that I was asking for the day I was in to see the DR. at Tanner.

Dr. Cardin(sp?)in the Urgent Care was thorough in explaining the injury, an was MRI performed to determine if any possible broken or chipped bone had occurred, made suggestions for care of the injury with medication, and shared some light-hearted humor. We were from out of town and had an urgent eye issue with our little girl. We had brought masks, which were required, but they kindly provided them without asking any questions. For having never been there and being from out of town, the check in process was very quick! The nurse as well as the doctor were very friendly and clearly kid-focused. The doctor wasn’t quite sure what was wrong but did a simple test and found it. With a prescription and a smile we were on our way. Very good service and timeliness when we needed it.

I was experiencing coughing and a fever for three days. Had taken a covid test that was negative. I had to wait a little bit to get checked in but my wait to be escorted into an exam room was only 5 minutes. The nurse was thorough, as was the doctor. He gave me a prescription for the cough, then sent a written script with me for an anti biotic if my symptoms worsened. I would go back to this urgent care again.

Dr. Mansfield is the best gift the universe could have given me. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about rare conditions. He was the first doctor who was able to help me after years of searching and for a long time I traveled over 800 miles each way for appointments with him every 2-3 months. (Now I live closer.) He’s the most genuine doctor I’ve ever had and his bedside manner is wonderful. He’s very patient and doesn’t give up. I’d be a disaster without him.

i got charged over $250 to be diagnosed with allergies. i didn’t even go in person. it was through WebMD around june of last year and they recently billed me. and for some reason, i was charged through tanner clinic. i talked to the billing department and the lady i spoke to was just as confused as me and said that they are going to get the charge looked over and to not worry about it. they called me the next day and said everything looked correct and they said i have limited time to pay before it would effect my credit score. i’ve never stepped foot in tanner clinic but i don’t plan on doing so any time soon

Went to Tanner clinic and they immediately got me in, diagnosed me and gave me some high blood pressure medicine immediately to lower it. Dr. Michael Allred recently took our family on as new patients and I am so happy with his office. I have never encountered a full waiting room of patients waiting to be seen, and I typically wait less than ten minutes to go back to a room. After checking in with a nurse for vitals, Dr. Allred comes in quickly. He respects and appreciates I have a busy schedule too. Dr. Allred takes the time to listen to and explore any symptoms presented and then follows thru with a detailed explanation of the treatment plan. Great office!!

My son was dealing with a very persistent illness and we wondered if it could be covid. Dr. Forbush met with him via a telehealth appointment which they were able to schedule the same day. His questions detailing my son's condition and symptoms were to the point and showed the concern and interest that we were hoping for. The doctor put in an order for both covid and strep tests, and then gave us instructions on the process the clinic had in place to complete these tests. It was fast and precise and really helped us out.

Your scheduling process SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!! After being held on hold for 3 days in a row for over an hour each day finally someone answered. She said she didn’t work in scheduling but that she could help me. If I didn’t need to see the doctor I was referred to I would have gone elsewhere. This is a great injustice to your doctors and to patients. I understand how hard it is to hire right now but that should be a priority. If you can’t make an appointment then the MAs can’t be that busy. Move them to scheduling for a few days.

I had a couple of things going on, one was a muscle spasm and the other was a bit more private and involved. They were overloaded with patients, but the doctor took the extra time and care to look more thoroughly at my problem that was more involved. Going through some exams can be a bit embarrassing, but the staff were so professional and were really helpful. They determined my personal problem was nothing more than inflammation from hemeroids. I got cream and I have been doing better.. I would highly recommend them!

I'm not sure where this clinic is finding these people to write fake reviews, if it's employees or what! This clinic is full of nothing but rude, power tripping people. They hire kids straight out of school so they can pay them a low wage and reflects in the poor patient care. Recently saw their phlebotomy staff miss a blood draw and the patient had to calm the staff member down so she can get her blood drawn. My own mother has come home with more blown out veins than a druggie. She only goes for her doctor who she followed everywhere.

The patient’s information forms requested to be filled on line in advance for saving time when at the doctor’s appointment are either obsolete or worthless. When I got to the check in desk I was told that the form I filled on line was the wrong form so I have to fill up a new form. I think that the communication regarding this topic needs to be addresses with the clinic/doctor’s staff and Tanner clinic administration to be the same in regards of patient registration, doctor’s patient file system, and on line registration forms. Very confusing and frustrating!

This place is a joke. I called to schedule an appointment. Waited for 12 minuets. Was in the middle of booking an appointment. The call was dropped. I waited for about 5 min and the scheduling agent did not call me back. So I called again, waited another 15 min. The time I originally was being booked for was now booked.... This was definitely frustrating. Why is it that Tanner Clinic grosses excessive amounts of money and can't seem to purchase a caller ID system to call back customers? Last week I called to confirm some lab work and It took almost 30 min to get a hold of a person to talk to. Not to mention this facility is so old and outdated. I may as well be visiting a clinic from the 90's. The patients and staff deserve better from Tanner Clinic. I would not recommend visiting this facility unless you absolutely have to. I only chose the Tanner Clinic because my Doctor is phenomenal. Otherwise, do yourself a favor, drive the extra 20 min to a UofU or IHC clinic. Your time there an experience will be much better elsewhere.

A surgeon from this facility performed surgery. The next day I was having issues. My wife ended up calling and was referred to the "on-call" doctor. The doctor said he would have some one call me. No one ever did. After several hours of waiting I ended up in the ER and was admitted. On top of that the doctor and his PA refused to return. Any calls, text messages, or voice-mails from the hospital and doctor. This place truly does not care about their patients. I will be going back to Ogden Clinic for my medical needs. I suggest that anyone who wants a doctor or facility that truly cares about their health, do the same.

I normally love my experiences I have with Tanner clinic, but this time my experience was not great. The MA at the office was very cold and rude, she also refused to take a set of vitals on my sick child. The provider spent less then ten minutes with her and was basically kicking us out the door while I was still talking to him. My regular pediatrician is great and I will continue to see him but will think twice about seeing anyone else at Tanner Clinic again.

Urology department makes me question if they truly care about patients. Or are we a number? I have had an infection that they can not clear up since January. Some test come back from the lab as negative. But still I am symptomatic. I have left several messages for Tanner Clinic urology I have left many urine samples no one gets back with me. I am seeing an outside urologist that has confirmed I have an embedded infection. Not ONE of the urologist at Tanner clinic even considered this. Not will they. They constantly told me I have IC. I have pleaded and begged with them to please research this for me and help me. No one has… Laura Foote and Dawn Mulstein are too busy to care for each of us. Dr. Warren Butler seems as though he is compassionate and has been my primary provider for years. He has helped with some relief. I was on the insurance team at Tanner Clinic for 6 years. The quality of care has become to their benefit and Not the patients. I’m in pain. I want to be able to be help to my children and Grandchildren. Tanner clinic wants you to think they care. Not sure anymore. I had all the faith in them until the past 2 years. I never thought I would question the biggest clinic in the Davis county area. Disturbing to me and my family. Forcing us to go outside of the area and the state for assistance. I also had the privilege to help an elderly patient in the elevator to her car. She mentioned that she can’t get any help due to the volume and patients that were all waiting in line. Receptionists are amazing in urology. I have hesitated to leave this review. However I am not the only patient being dismissed. It’s 5:00 pm on the same day a sample was left at 10:00 am. Nothing back from anyone. I have been sad for the sweet patient I helped to her car. She was in tears. She and I have been ignored and dismissed. Again.

Dr Mansfield is in the exam room in about another minute. He listens to me and explains anything I don’t understand. Always a good experience.

Called this morning @ 8am, got told the Dr would call me back when they came in at 9am. It's now almost 4, haven't heard from anyone. I called in, the switch board operator, Susan, kept interrupting, wouldn't stop talking over me, then hung up. It's very RUDE to talk over someone and not let them finish talking but then to hang up is ridiculous! This has been the biggest joke.

I was able to check in on line. This made my visit much easier. The wait time was only a few minutes before my name was called. The nurse quickly checked my vitals and my wait for the PA was very short. He was well prepared for the follow up on my sleep study. He relayed the proper diagnosis and set me up to get a cpap. Dr Rawlins is truly the BEST Endocrinologist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I come from another state and developed Type 1 diabetes in my twenties - the doctors were helpful but I didn’t feel like I had the control I should and the answers. I went to West Side Tanner Clinic for urgent care for asthma and a cough that was getting worse. I had been in the week prior for the same thing. I felt like I was shamed by the nurse for going there because of their protocol for covid (which I had tested the day before negative for but have a family member with covid). I was never told I couldn’t go in for something urgent like breathing. The doctor that saw me (not my regular) doctor did a chest x-ray and ruled out pneumonia. Gave me a RX for a steroid inhaler and RX for prednisone. Never actually diagnosed me with anything or said what she thought it might possibly be. The communication on scheduling personnel and nurses staff and doctor aren’t very cohesive. Dissappointing. I will say the x-ray tech was so kind. And I could tell she cared about me as a human. And she did a great job at her job.

This last experience, actually having the scans in radiology, was really good. I was a little frustrated having to drive back again after having been told on the prior day that I would have to wait for a week. I had fallen and had a head injury, and my physician had indicated I could have the CT the same day I had been there to see him. The people in the radiology department kept telling me I had to have an appt for a CT even though I reminded them that I'd had a same-day scan a few months prior, when ordered by another doctor for my sinuses. I do understand that it's hard to just fit people in. After my physician asked me why I hadn't had the scan, he apparently had a chat with the radiology folks and I was scheduled quickly.

This clinic and their staff have always taken great care of my moms needs. The doctors answer our questions and listen to her needs and her concerns. 5 stars for Dr. Justin Mansfield. He has a super amazing "bedside manner".

Everything was great except parking. For whatever reason no parking spots could be found. I had to park across the street and was there for a pinched nerve. This has never been a problem in the past. Something different that day I reckon was going on. I was able to make both of my appointments on time and as usual both Dr Healey and Dr.Austad were on time as well. I also got a Covid vaccine shot right at Pharmacy just inside the south entrance.

Horrible service! Went in Tuesday night. They took a sample for lab work. The doctor said he was very concerned about the amount of blood in my 84 yr old dad's urine and said they would let us know the results in the morning and likely prescribe an antibiotic. I called at noon to follow up but just got passed from voice-mail to voice-mail. No one ever called me back. Went back to the clinic to check. And the desk attendant said she would label it urgent and we would have an antibiotic by the end of day. Nothing. Went back on Thursday to check. The girl at the desk said the doctor who ordered the labs two days ago would not be back on the job for nearly two weeks and we would have to wait for treatment until then. That is unconscionable to make an obviously suffering person wait two weeks for treatment! I was angry and asked to speak to someone else. We were told other doctors couldn't prescribe from another doctor's labs. I asked if that just means you're screwed if your doctor takes time off the day after your visit. She responded, "Pretty much, yeah." Very professional. Finally, they suggested we see the doctor on duty. Yes, we would have to pay another fee but we might be able to get a prescription. Thank goodness, after two days of frustration, we got our prescription. Sad we didn't get a response until we got angry. I would NEVER recommend this Urgent Care.

This clinic is great for specialties and regular care. So great, honestly. But if you're seeking "urgent" care, please look elsewhere! I'm talking literally hours of waiting. And then (bonus), the urgent care isn't generally in the urgent care space right near the entrance- they shuffled us from the front check in clear to the northeastern corner of the building. I needed x rays, so I got to walk all the way to the furthest west corner for x rays... And then back. On a foot that they needed x rays of to see if it was broken. See the problem? I ended up spending over 2.5 hours there to receive this stellar urgent care.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Getting an appointment only took about 2 minutes on hold, then everything was scheduled quickly and efficiently. On appointment day, the parking was simple, the receptionists were all knowledgeable and helpful. My doctor is awesome. The administration and staff aspects are poor. However, in fairness, this seems to be somewhat normal these days. Tanner Clinic has not completed blood work that I've requested (several times), does not respond to phone calls from pharmacy for renewal of prescriptions, takes forever to answer their phone (e.g., setting an appointment), has a poorly conceived patient website (which may have recently been replaced). I had a scare with possible staff infection earlier this past summer and could not get an appointment for more than 10 days. Urgent Care doesn't address so just rolled the dice and did not see a doctor. I'm now looking for another clinic, even though I like my doctor.

I recommend going to a clinic that will take the time to explain what is happening to you, why it’s happening and how they plan to solve it. You won’t find that at Tanner clinic.

I called this location to inquire about lab services and the woman I talked to was very indignant and unhelpful.. She told me no constantly until I asked her if she was sure and then she went and found out. Turns out she didnt know as much as she thought.. To add to my frustration, she even told me to go somewhere else. I wasn't being rude, I just needed to know some information. Also, they don't notify the patient of lab results, only the doctor (if she was even correct in that regard). I want to use this lab because they are much closer to me but man... this receptionist was a piece of work. Read other reviews and it seems like the lab service staff here are rude and unknowledgable. Going somewhere else.

No waiting at check in, minimal wait in waiting room. Wait in exam room was not too long either. Those interactions were all great! Once the Physician came in, he did not introduce himself. I think since I was from out of state he saw no need for that. I did not feel well but would have appreciated more interaction and communication- never even told me what urine sample revealed. He asked if I was driving back to Oregon or flying and gave me a prescription to take ‘twice a day for 5 days and I should be fine’. Spent about 3 minutes with me in the exam room. Felt quite unimportant and slighted.

I recently underwent a small procedure for a FUT graph session. I was extremely nervous at first but Dr. Bitner and his staff were by far the best group of employees I have encountered. I was left feeling calm and collective the day of my procedure, all my questions were answered and the procedure itself went so smoothly. As with any elective procedure, one can only hope the results turn out excellent. With Dr. Bitner, I feel very confident and excited about my results to come. I went to Urgent Care after hours around 7:30pm. I was home by 9:30pm after having my wound, cleaned and stitched. The nurse and nurse practitioner were very personable. They did have to hunt for supplies needed in the stitching room such as surgical gloves, sterile surgery kit, and gauze wrap, but they were efficient locating them. They were also taking care of 3 other patients while I was receiving treatment. I can highly recommend this team that was working last Thursday night.

We set up a virtual appointment with our pediatrician because strep was going around our day care and our son was exhibiting symptoms. After the appointment we took him to get tested from the car and were told that we would receive word in 2-3 hours. We never did. I called the doctor's office and left a message the next day and kept our son home to recover. We never heard back from the office. When hhis symptoms went away we thought no news was good news so we sent him back to day care the next week. That Friday he woke up with a fever so I had to keep him home again. I called and left another message askiing if they ever had our test results. I waited a couple of hours for a response, and when I did not get one I called back again. This time I got someone on the phone from the pediatrician's office. At first she brushed my concerns aside and said that it must be something else going around and "lots of kids get sick right now." Finally she tracked down and test results and low and behold, our son has strep. There was no apology for the lack of communication, no concern for his state of health, just a quick scrip and hung up on me. Because of this failure to communicate between the lab and the doctor's office and the total absence of communication between the doctor and our family, we sent our son to school and exposed his classmates and other family members to strep. This could have been avoided if people would have just done what they were supposed to do and were responsive to messages.

Covid policies are made our visit way too long. Waited over an hour for a video chat with the Dr, who said I needed a covid test because of a fever, took them literally 30 seconds. Disregarding all other symptoms that explained the fever. If they are going to screen people using covid symptoms why not immediately test everyone with the symptoms so they can get treatment faster. There was no reason to wait an hour just to be told I needed to get the test.

I always have a great visit every time I take my two little girls to Dr. Forbush office. He always answers my questions, he is very detailed, he listens and takes his time. I highly recommend him.

I have gone here for decades. There are some amazing doctors still there, but sadly their service has taken a huge nosedive! Their phone system is beyond inefficient. Their web portal barely functions with only certain doctors utilizing it. The billing department isn't helpful with questions. The check in staff for the lab is by far one of the last straws for me. All three employees we're highly unprofessional and definity couldn't have ...cared less

Needed to be seen by a physician at the clinic, but first, they required a rapid covid test. They swabbed me and had me wait in my car where they called me back inside about one hour later to finally see a doctor. I have never seen this clinic as busy as it was on this particular day and the women who waited on me in the lobby were very professional and calm considering I wasn't feeling well and I was very grumpy ???? the whole visit took about 3 hours and I left being diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. Word of advice: don't forget your phone charger and/or bring something to do for the wait in your car. All in all, this experience wasn't too bad considering all of the people that were there to be seen. KUDOS TO TANNER CLINIC

I am writing this on behalf of my husband. Good thing you were still opened! My husband was very sick with stomach pains and nausea, we couldn't get ahold of our doctor and everyone else were closed! Urgent Care were very helpful and took him in a wheelchair immediately, we don’t know the Dr. or PA on duty but she was wonderful and had a caring and gentle manner. The shot she gave him work wonders, I believe it was phenergan! Thank you.We appreciate you so very much!
