Poor experience. 2 sessions = 2.5hrs in reception, waiting. Surgery follow up = zero Billing management = exceptionally poor. Probably worst I have encountered. Make sure you keep your receipts as they will probably try charging you 2 or 3 times if you are lucky.

Go at your own risk! Overhead a receptionist screaming at a patient after a skin laser procedure. They also prescribe skin creams not covered by insurance.

From my first consultation to all of my follow up visits, every step has been better than the last! From the receptionist, to the nurses and of course, my surgeon Dr. Levine, I really felt like I had a first class experience. The office is beautiful and clean, I had been to many consultations for rhinoplasty over the years and visited many offices for routine skin procedures so I've had a lot to compare with. I was always so nervous about rhinoplasty because I could never fully trust that my surgeon would understand what I wanted as a final result. At our first meeting, I felt completely at ease and I knew I had chosen the right surgeon for my rhinoplasty. My recovery was fantastic. I had hardly any pain, bruising and swelling which was a complete shock to me and my friends and family. I have known many people to have the surgery before and I have done a ton of research over the years and my experience was unlike anything I had seen or expected. I had planned for the worst and was continuously surprised at each step of way and it was due to the level of care that was taken during my surgery. My surgery took almost the entire day from checkin to checkout and I know the Doctor could fill many more appointments throughout the day but patient care is clearly their top priority and I really felt that through the entire experience. I really appreciated that Dr. Levine takes his time and doesn't rush through it. He's done so many of these procedures, he could easily zip right through them, but he doesn't. One of my fears was that I would feel rushed as soon as I walked in the door for my surgery but it was so pleasant and peaceful that I had plenty of time to just relax and mentally prepare which I valued SO much. By the end of surgery I honestly feel so close to everyone that works in the office, which is really value added for me. I couldn't recommend Dr. Levine and his staff more!

My family is in medicine in the Midwest so I am methodical about finding good doctors. I was referred to Dr. Levine by friends whose outcome was very good, and I have since referred my friends to Dr. Levine because everyone has been very happy with their results, all with the following reasons. 1) Naturalness of results. Dr. Levine uses all the latest knowledge and equipment working together for the best, complete, natural look. He is known for "natural". He doesn't do just the minimum, but has the knowledge and experience for the optimal customized outcome. 2) He is a leader among doctors for use of available laser technologies but avoids "hype" products and offerings. 3) Dr Levine likes to share information with each patient about what to expect + the "how" and "why" Knowledge is power. Back in 2006 when I was a patient, he explained everything to expect in the recovery season and it happened exactly that way. 4) Dr. Levine is first on my list for anything that I need, but after 12 years everything looks great and I haven't been concerned about not looking my best in all that time. I still say thank you every few years, because it means that much to not have to be concerned with aging, fillers and expensive cosmetics and it's a blessing to know I'm presenting my best. So this is "Thank you 2018".

as far as an employees aspect... SHIRA is a miserable human being. I get it your stressed and you had that job for about 11 years now but you talk to people like their beneath you. what does around comes around. good luck replacing 3 other medical assistant; when they realized how rotten your attitude is they will quit too.

I came to drop off food as delivery driver and this woman had a weird attitudes. She was talking between her teeth about how delivery drivers have to use the service entrence and how annoyed she was that I rang the bell. Excuse me? How am I supposed to give you the food. She was also so inpatient and rude. Also, Uber Eats sometimes ask for a Pin for customer who tend to try to gain the system and report the food as not arrived / delivered. Hold and behold she was also upset that I asked her for the pin. Lady is not my fault that you've tried to gain the system and Uber Eats doesn't trust you. The most perplexing thing is that she's a doctor. If she treats delivery drivers like that; I can't imagine how she would treat her patients. Come on. Do better; be better!

I have been a patient for a few years now and my experience has been nothing short of spectacular. Dr. Levine is very patient, doesn't rush you through your appointments, and makes sure to answer every question you may have. His staff is the BEST I have ever encountered of any doctor's office I have visited. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses are always friendly and make your visits very enjoyable. As for results, Dr. Levine's work is top notch and you won't be sorry one bit. Worth every penny.

Dr Levine is one of the finest doctors I’ve ever met. He deeply cares about his patients and I trust him implicitly. I had a laceration that I did not seek medical care for right away, when I asked his opinion he told me to come to the office and saw me immediately. This business did not disclose their consultation fees by phone or at their office. My bill was added $300 extra for having met with two doctors. Consultation fees need to be disclosed upfront.

It seems Dr. Levine was in a rush when he performed my breast reduction and lift surgery .The left breast was not lifted the nipple is larger than the right..The right breast has extra skin or a pocket underneath,and that nipple is smaller. The surgical scars are jagged and uneven.He wanted to do a revision under local anesthesia, which is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the results. As for the face tite,I don't see any results.

Dr. Levine is the best!! I’m so happy with how my surgery turned out. The whole process was great- I was able to talk to Dr. Levine whenever I had a question, which was very comforting. The bed side manner was incredible. His whole staff is incredible- everyone is so kind patient and helpful. My nose looks amazing- it is nothing drastic, looks exactly how I wanted it to look and how the computer showed it would look beforehand- and I feel so much more confident. I have a lot of friends who I refer Dr. Levine to now. The healing process was great, a quick recovery, with Dr. Levine there every step of the way. Truly the best plastic surgeon- my friends all ask me now for his information. You won’t regret your experience!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Dr. Levine disfigures people. She and her staff are completely unqualified and the work is AWFUL. They burn and scar patients with the lasers. They use Groupon to get the masses in and do shoddy inattentive work. Burns, welts, lumps- that’s their specialty. They are thieves. True criminals!! Beware and avoid at all costs!

I would have had everything done here as a friend referred me. I DONT know what she was thinking and after I told her my experience we both are going elsewhere. I had the most difficult phone call just to schedule there. First I spoke to a rude not happy receptionist then put on hold then I spoke to a Nafezer. To get her to understand anything was tedious and rude. I dont get how someone like that can answer phones. I finally gave up and didnt book. Absolutely horrid staff!

STAY AWAY. Scam billing! Absolutely ridiculous! Sent me a bill for one number using incorrect billing codes. I complained, got it fixed (decreased bill to 1/3 of original cost) and thought the ordeal was over. Turns out they were using a bait and switch tactic. Months later they charged me the original balance. Of course they are not transparent about costs.... at least have the transparency to bill your customers the full cost upfront rather than hitting them with a surprise bill months later. They've figured out how to shuffle paperwork around to do this so that it isn't technically illegal.... they knew I would pay the first corrected bill amount to rope me into this. Absolutely ridiculous... stay away unless you want surprise medical bills three months later!

Dr Levine is an artist with a superb caring and professional manner, He performed a neck tile for e three weeks ago. They told me to expect swelling for up to one month with full results at close to 4 months. I see definition which I hadn't had before. I am eagerly awaiting for the selling to completely abate so that I can see the full impact. I was so impressed with Dr. Ellie Levine that I recommended that my fiancee have surgery on his lower lids, which were rather bad and filled with fat. We saw the results immediately! The staff is warm and extremely helpful. My sister want to have the neck tie performed next year. Though my results are not final, I am happy with the progress and with the definition that I see thus far. He is a true gentleman and consummate professional.
