Waited a little while to leave my review, I got my Orthofeet black Oxford Lace shoes just before Christmas but did not tray them on unit I got back to work from the holidays . They fit great, not easy to find a company that makes so many styles of shoes that you can order in different widths! I usually have to order a full size bigger to make up for my wide feet. Not with these. The wide shoes was just what I needed. I do quite a bit of walking all day and the feel great , of did I mention how happy I am with the sizing ! going to order some summer shoes soon.

Good morning Orthofeet! I would like to make you aware that I have taken my first walk this morning, (walk about 1.2 mile every morning) with my new pair of your sneakers I just ordered. I have had FLAT feet my entire life and these Orthotic sneakers are like gliding on air. I will tell you my feet are unaccustomed to the ever present arch within the shoe. i have hammertoe so I tried these shoes. the width was extroadinary. however i found the soles of the shoes not to be as supportive as I had hoped. I am on my feet 7-8 hours a day on tiled cement floors so its hard to find a good supportive shoe that will last. The insoles they provide in the shoes are amazing. I returned the shoes because they weren't for me and instead purchased the insoles for my shoes and they worked out for me. I will definitely another pair of the insoles.

Being born with spinal deformities, I know back and foot pain all too well unfortunately. By the grace of God, I have managed to remain in optimal health despite what MRI'S have shown. Walking; my absolute favorite physical activity and stress reliever, came to a screeching halt this summer when the pain became too unbearable. I saw a foot surgeon, and even though I will be having surgery soon, I am back on my feet prior to surgery thanks to OrthoFeet. I wish I would have found these shoes years ago. They are the most comfortable shoes I have EVER owned, and I have tried all the various brands out there that promise relief and comfort, just to be disappointed. These shoes also come with 2 spacer inserts: 1/6 inch, and 1/8 inch, for a perfect customized fit, extremely comfortable and supportive orthotics, extra laces, and the best part: they are available in various widths, unlike the majority of shoe manufacturers out there. These are the only shoes I will wear post surgery, so during my 3 month recovery this fall, I plan on ordering a variety of different styles (and their variety is cute and stylish). I thank you OrthoFeet for giving me a better quality of life through this difficult time. You cannot put a price on that. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who suffers from back, knee, or foot pain. You won't be disappointed. ????

Finally the perfect sock! My husband needed a roomy sock to fit over bandaged toes. This sock, Dress/Casual, does just that. The sock is not binding and does not cut off circulation or leave a line. They are easy to get on and not too thick to fit into shoes.

After waiting almost two weeks for the shoes I ordered, I responded to both email addresses provided in my order confirmation email and both bounced back. I called the number on the website and nobody answered. This number provided instructions for how to place an order via fax before an automated message states, "that mailbox does not exist."

I bought 3 pairs of shoes. I bought a pair of walking shoes for my 90 year old friend, a pair of boots for my 55 year old sister and I bought a pair of boots for myself. My sister and friend called me to tell me how awesome, well made and comfortable they were....then I put my boots on. These boots are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. I shattered my heel when I was 14 years old and I never took a step without being in pain...until I walked in these boots. Anyone who thinks they have comfortable shoes...wait until you put on a pair from ORTHOFEET....10 ????

I have had problems with both of my feet for several years and tried many different shoes, socks, insoles, etc. with no real relief. I was recently diagnosed with Diabetic Nephropathy and shortly thereafter i developed a calouse n the ball of my right foot and pain in the heel of my left foot, making walking a difficult task. I ordered a pair of Orthofeet casual shoes and several pair of their socks and within a few days I was able to walk with little or no pain and now after a month I have no pain in either foot. I highly recommend these product to anyone suffering the same type of pain and discomfort that I experienced.

I am a dental assistant working in a fast paced environment. I’m on my feet and moving all day long at work. Prior to buying these sneakers, I suffered pretty severe pain in my feet, ankles, low back and neck on a daily basis. I was hesitant to invest in a pair of “good” shoes because I didn’t think they’d be worth the money but eventually I couldn’t take it anymore so I ordered. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! Look No Further I have had other specialized shoes for nerve pain and had to stuff them with foot pads from Walmart. I went on a quest and found this company and this shoe designed for comfort and ease. The air pockets and gel insole is ingenious! The tie-less lace is something to impress your friends with. I generally leave it, but nice to know it is there. When I run errands I tie it up. When I am around the house I keep it nice and loose. I can step in and out of these like slippers - how cool is that? I ordered a size 12 and it was too loose. Return was a breeze and 11.5 size is perfect. Only wish they had used black stitching, etc. instead of navy blue, but it looks black I guess.

I have fairly advanced osteoarthritis throughout both feet--lots of bone on bone areas and the area on top of the foot, roughly over the arch is so overgrown with bone, my feet have become difficult to walk with. I don't know about customer service although other reviews are, shall we say, definitely not positive so you might want to remedy that. In any case, my experience has been positive. I am not using any of the inserts. I tried one to stop the shoe from gapping in back as I walk but that hurt my toe area so I removed it. The shoes are very comfortable now, enough so that I ordered two more pairs, one for walking and one for dressing up if I ever get to dress up again. I agree with others that it is wonderful to have choices in width. I know there are other companies that have been in business for many years but my one experience years ago was not, uh, successful. The only thing I would suggest is to design the shoe so the inserts can be a gel sort rather than thin and hard. Many of us need that cushioning now in our old age.

I recently had surgery on both my left and right big toes and at the advice of my doctor I have to wear orthopedic shoes with wide fit. I purchased the Quincy stretch slip-ons and they are so comfortable I plan on purchasing another pair. They look like regular gym shoes no one could tell they are orthopedic shoes. I highly recommend this product for anyone with foot problems.

Multiple surgeries through early 2013 ended with partial amputation of two toes on my left foot. By early 2019 each step became a potential source of acute pain. Because of the pain, posture suffered and chronic, dull pain arose elsewhere in my body. On the very first day of wearing these wonderful shoes, the acute pain was simply gone and, with it, a constant source of fatigue, . I had great luck with their dress shoes so I decided to try them again for sport shoes. I must say they are top notch. I stand on my feet all day and the dress shoes even after an eight hour shift I didn't want to take them off. The sport shoes are so comfy they are like walking on a cloud. Yes, Orthofeet shoes are very comfortable and well made. Their sandals are the best I think I have ever owned. But, by far, their Customer Service Representatives are outstanding. I had purchased two pair of walking shoes and unfortunately the fit was not quite on spot. They had been purchased two days apart so I requested separate return labels and sent both pair via USPS. One pair was received within a few days but the delivery of the second pair got held up somewhere within the postal delivery system in NJ. I called Customer Service after a few days receipt of the first pair and explained my predicament. The rep very quickly checked on the status of the second return and kindly issued a refund of the purchase price. I can’t say enough about Orthofeet’s return policy and their fabulous Customer Service Reps. Thank you so very much!

I recently received a pair of Capri slippers and can’t believe how comfortable they are. I have fibromyalgia in the soles of my feet and due to being laid up for a long time due to an accident, I have no muscle on the bottom of my feet. I walk on bone and nerve endings. I have to wear special orthotics and have not been able to wear slippers in at least 18 years as I have to have my orthotics. Now, with Orthofeet Capris, I have slippers again. I put my orthotics in and they were so comfortable I forgot I was wearing slippers until I got out of the car at a restaurant and looked down. I started laughing because of what I saw. I have lower back, hip, leg, and foot pain. I've tried different types of shoes with no relief. I decided to try Orthofeet shoes. After just a few minutes I knew these were different. I've worn them for just a few days but my pain is almost not noticeable. I couldn't be more satisfied. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they say they are tieless, but that isn't the case. You still have to untie them to get them on, then re-tie. They are still great shoes.

I recently bought a pair of Wichita style stretch shoes and they are an answer to my prayers. I use a bulky AFO and also suffer from a hammertoe and a bunion. Buying shoes that accommodated the AFO and were comfortable was very difficult. When I saw these shoes on your website and saw they were stretchy and had no seam across the toe, I decided to try them. They are absolutely wonderful, like walking on a cloud.

Not the greatest experience. I ordered sneakers. They were too short. I exchanged for the next size, still too short. Went up one more size, still short. I wanted to return the sneakers for a refund as this was never going to work. I had to call to get authorization for a refund because I had exchanged sizes twice. Someone did send me a return label. I mailed back the sneakers promptly but never heard back frpm OrthoFeet. I checked on my refund after 3 weeks. I was told the paperwork I submitted was for an exchange. Not! When I got my refund, they took an $18 restocking fee. That's a 17% Restocking fee.

Bought shoes (expensive for me) but my high arches and feet with arthritis problems need good shoes! The shoes are comfortable but the great Velcro/no tie laces only work if you wear them not laced to the top and that makes heel slide! Called customer service and used the "Live chat"--they are NOT friendly. There was NO smile in her voice and she cut me off in a very rude dismissive way! THEN they show you how their heels have a Velcro strap that you can adjust the heel from slipping (I have narrow heels) and never mentioned it's only on select styles & the LIVE CHAT person gave me a style to look up but they didn't have it either! SO be careful when you order that your shoe will have the features you want! I'm not sure yet if I'd re-order from them or not. IF I find another shoe for high arches and bad feet--I will try someone else!

Very deceptive and dishonest company. I ordered a pair of slippers and found them not to be as advertised on website. They have a very hard, thick rubber sole with a removable foam insert that I could have purchased at any drugs store. Don't know where the air pockets are unless encased in the hard rubber sole which would render them usless. To make matters worse they filter out any negative reviews. Notice that all of their shoes have 100% positive reviews which is not realistic. Mine was not posted and I wonder how many others also.

I have EXTREMELY heel pain with plantar fasciitis!!! Standing too long would make my heels in excruciating pain!!! I just happened to search for a pair of shoes on Amazon by Orthofeet & bought it. I didn’t like it at first but I love the insole that came with the shoes. It’s like a miracle for me. So I try to use the insoles with my other shoes that I have, no more pain on my heels. Their shoes is one thing but their insoles is AMAZING!!! I don’t know how to describe it but it’s a must have if you have heel pain!!! I had multiple foot surgeries due to an injury. This is the only footwear company that helped me get back outside. Comfortable and not goofy looking foot wear. I've tried all the rest this is the best !

Hello there: I did receive my new orthofeet sneakers yesterday (amazingly fast!); the packaging was both excellent and pleasant to open. The sneakers look great; the provision of three alternative ways to adjust the fit is a great benefit. My first try ( an easy trip to the supermarket) with the slimmer extra sole felt great. Today, I'm going to try the slightly thicker sole along with the plastic heel support. I believe that will create the super-perfect fit. While it's very early, I believe I'll be super happy with my purchase and will walk many, many miles in the best possible comfort for both my feet and body balance. Will save me many $100 of dollars. I have been buying sneakers from a local show store that has special sneakers and tailors insoles to my feet (bunions and I have pronation). They are fine but cost about $300. I just got sneakers from Orhofeet for about $100 and they are just as comfortable as these expensive sneakers. Plus I no longer have to make a few trips to the store for proper fitting. And love their return policy. Too bad it took so long to find Orthofeet- but better late than never.

I was really disappointed in these shoes. 1. They send you some skinny inserts to put in the shoes, that do not support your feet at all; if you have problems. They are not soft and comfortable when you put them on, and they hurt my legs standing all day. Then if you want to return then, you can’t get ahold of a person, you get a computer. I've really felt good in Orthofeet shoes since I discovered them about a year ago, but I had a problem with a velcro tab on a pair of shoes I'd had for about six months. It would no longer cling to the other tab. It seemed crazy that a $100 pair of shoes that I really liked would be unusable because of a small tab. I called and it was a difficult ask -- it seemed like they didn't have a stash of tabs -- but eventually they did send me a few tabs. This follow up was very much appreciated and I would give their customer service team an A, and will continue to shop with them.

My husband was having sore feet, so we ordered some slippers from Orthofeet. He feel in love with them and we noticed that the string was pulling out so we asked if we could return for another pair. Orthofeet sent us a label for returning or exchanging. He loved the shoes as his feet hadn't been hurting like they had, so we asked for an return/exchange. This was over Christmas, we decided to order another pair of sneekers --- we received these first as I thought it would take a while over Christmas for the exchange. It is like pulling teeth to find out anything from him but the two shoes has helped his feet and their not hurting anymore. He had worn the first flippers for a month before the string had started to pull out and we had thrown away the boxing and all the paper work but Orthofeet allowed us to return with postage paid the shoes. Between the two pair, his feet have quit hurting. My husband is a small frame man, not overweight but his feet had became really sore due to other expensive shoes that he had --- so we had tried OrthoFeet ---- I am going to order a pair for my brother who has large feet and won't order for himself and myself with my bunions to also try. Both pair of my husband's shoes look extremely nice and full of cushions that you can get your shoes to fit the way you want them. I would highly recommend anyone trying them as they have been extremely nice to us. If you don't like what you find out, they will exchange /return your money --- as I said, we had the first pair over a month.

I received my order a little over a week ago, and i ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! I had a stroke in 2012 and have recovered 99% or so, TOTALLY BLESSED!!! The tie-less lace is fabulous when going through the TSA lines at the airport. Quick off-quick on and super comfortable! After reading many reviews I figured the best review would be my own review after buying a pair! So, the first day I put them on and walked outside. I really put them to the test by walking a mile.... which I could not do in my regular shoes! NO PAIN.... I was shocked. After the third day I was walking 3 miles in the morning without pain..... I have really problem feet. Due to multiple reconstructive surgeries, my left foot is a size larger, much wider, and requires more shoe depth than my right foot. The slippers I got here were the first ones that provided enough support for my feet and relieved my pain when I walked. Because they provide additional inserts to help with fit, I was able to use the inserts to adjust the slippers fit for my right foot (smaller). This was the first time I did not have to buy 2 pairs of shoes/slippers to fit my feet. i am ordering another pair.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Orthofeet. I'm buying shoes for an elderly woman with bunions, so it hasn't been easy. Through Orthofeet we found slip on shoes she can put on herself with a long shoe horn that are also flexible enough to fit her irregular sized feet and bunions. I bought a pair on men's Tacoma Shoes by OrthoFeet. I LOVE 'em!!! My feet problems: I've worn a brace on my right leg for 44 yrs. I do the majority of foot-work with my left leg (w/replaced knee now.) My left foot swells thru the day. I'm not stable any longer & use a cane. My feet had marks from being rubbed by shoes for years. The OrthoFeet Tacomas are a GOD-SEND! The marks are going away! My feet are MUCH more comfortable ALL DAY and my shoes NO LONGER hurt me! After having 3 foot surgeries and a flat foot with ankle pronation I was doubtful I would ever find comfortable shoes for my extra wide feet. Orthofeet solved the problem with shoes that fit right out of the box with no breaking in needed. Their service was prompt and little helpful shoe inserts come in the box should you need any extra padding to keep the shoes from slipping, etc. I own 3 pair of Orthofeet shoes and slippers and will be buying more.

Ordered two pairs of shoes Sept 22,and we quickly got 1 pair. However the 2nd pair has not shipped, chat lady had no info regarding order, and I emailed 2 days ago requesting an estimated time for shipping but so far NOTHING. If they are stuck on a boat from China then have the courtesy to inform customers that the shoes they want are not in stock and allow them to make another choice. Orthofeet took my payment when they knew they didn't have the shoes I wanted. It is Oct 1 and I don't know if I will ever get my order because they don't communicate. If they contact me I will update this post. Update-still haven't received a response. Day 3 after I sent email. Final update-finally shipped Oct 5th. They did send a poorly written message that I would receive a confirmation email within 48hrs, which I did not. Probably will not order in the future due to the poor service. Only found out they shipped by checking the website again. BTW-WE are (were) repeat customers.

I tried Orthofeet shoes for the first time recently. I ordered the Capri Slippers and the Milano shoes. I ordered a half size larger in the Capri slippers as recommended. With the spacers provided and the ties, I was able to snug up the slippers to fit perfectly. They give me the support I need and are very soft and comfortable. I have thin, bony feet so was happy they fit so well. The Milano shoes in medium width were too wide for me even with the spacers, so I had to return them. I found Orthofeet carries a few shoes in narrow width, so ordered the Sanibel, a summer Mary Jane style. I like that they have an adjustable heel strap as well as an adjustable strap over the top of my foot. I look forward to wearing them once it warms up. I feel people with wide feet and people with foot problems will like Orthofeet as they have many styles to accommodate these issues. I would appreciate it if they also had more shoes in narrow width. I feel this is a good quality shoe company with reasonable prices.

Wore the shoes around the house on DAY ONE (abt 3-4 hrs). Center and sides of right heel started getting sore after the FIRST wear. I thought it was due to them being new & I needed to break them in. Wore them on DAY TWO(abt 3-4 hrs)...BY this time my RIGHT HEEL was in such PAIN, that I had to soak it in Ice water, massage it and STILL could NOT put my weight on it!!!!. Called Podiatrist office and got a NEXT DAY appt. Shoes caused a HEEL SPUR and excessive inflammation in the tissue at bottom center of heel and sides/back of the heel. NEVER had problems with wearing walking shoes or problems with my heel before. Had to get a Cortisone shot in that heel, plus a prescription for inflammation pills and I also had to pay the $50 Doc visit as well as for the prescription!!!! ALL because I wanted to have supportive shoes to walk in at my job. According to OrthoFeet's website, these shoes had GREAT REVIEWS. I think the Reviews are NOT ALL Genuine as ALL OVER 4-Stars. My Podiatrist said these Monterey Bay shoes by OrthoFeet are NOT for my feet. I have ALREADY sent them BACK to OrthoFeet. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Now I have to get Evaluated by a foot specialist(more money) to find the RIGHT type of shoe for me. I don't even have diabetes or any other 'foot' problems either. Very comfortable shoes. I usually get Sketches work shoes (I work in food and beverage) and they wear out on less then 6 months but are only $40 or so. These are expensive but as long as they last at least 10 or more months I will get them again - we'll see. The only negative is the shoe laces are totally the wrong size. Obviously made for boots as they are way too long! And so not 5 stars...

I have bought so far 4 pairs of Orthofeet shoes. One pair for me (Athens model with. Velcro.), one for my son (shoe laces) and 2 for a friend (with velcro). The shoes are very comfortable and they seem strong. I have not used my pair for very long (about a month). I was very please with them. My foot pain problem was getting better. However, the velcro in my right shoe started to not work very well. It comes out loose when I am walking. I though it was me not making the seal tight. I kept trying to adjust for a better grip but it always would come loose sooner or later. Yesterday, I was coming down the stairs at the Metropolitan museum in NY. The velcro became loose and I fell. I did not get hurt but I could easily have. It is unfortunate that such wonderful shoes could be nothing when the Velcro does not work. It is not an exaggeration this shoes (that I like very much if it was not for the velcro problem) can put you in danger. I called the company today to see if they do repairs in their shoes. I was told to take them somewhere and send them the invoice. I hope the company comes out with a more secure mode of closing their shoes. The same model with a buckle would be just wonderful. As for my son and my friend"s pairs they do not use them enough yet to give a review.

I have been a customer since July 2019, when a friend I saw wearing these shoes, recommended them. According to my invoice I am doing a 674M110 Sprint - Blue Tie-less & Heal Strap. I am on my second pair and on my second pair -- I am on my second insole. These shoes are so comfortable and healthy feeling - I like to keep up to date making them the best possible and they are. I love the tieless and the straps ( which I do not use). The laces get tied once - then I use a shoe horn to slide into them. I get a very snug tight fit this way. Never have to deal with the laces. The difference in this companies approach to shoes is immediately obvious from the kinds of shoes they DO NOT represent -- Running, Jogging, Cross Country, hiking, etc.. What you do see is shoes that address the infirmities that feet can have: like Plantar Fasciitis, Bunion, Neuropathy. It is hard to say enough good things about this company and doing business with them EXC#EPT to say if you are a looking customer you better dive it.

I bought three different pair of Orthofeet shoes for my wife and one for myself. My wife told me these are the most comfortable shoes she has ever owned. The also fit so well they don't leave sores on her feet something all her other shoes were doing. They are also easy on and off. The pair I bought for myself are like walking on a memory foam mattress. They are also extremely sharp looking and I can wear them to work. Something you often can't do with comfort shoes. If you want a soft walk give these a try.

I have slippers and turquoise stretch sneakers from Orthofeet. I originally bought my husband some shoes for work from Orthofeet because he has terrible trouble with his arches. That developed into plantar fasciitis also and he was miserable. His Orthofeet slippers and shoes proved to be so helpful, I doubt we will ever buy another kind of shoe but Orthofeet. He got such relief that I had to try them. I've never had a pair of shoes you didn't have to break in before. These shoes are comfortable from the start. If they say size up, do it, they have been right. The service is prompt and has never been a problem. It's a win win for you.

First of all the sneakers that I bought are awesome. I basically have bean bag feet so they always hurt after running or doing intense cardio workouts. So far, this has been minimized both tremendously and consistently. There is heel to toe support and they are so comfortable. I'm a former skinny guy who's been occupying the husky category now for a little while and their sneakers were so great because they keep foot and lower leg pain under control so you don't get discouraged. I asked them for a set of spacers because I threw the ones out that came with the shoes. I don't know if they will do this every time, but they were nice enough to send me a couple for free. They're a really good company with very friendly customer service.

Shipping is not particularly fast. They use FedEx which is a complete joke and takes forever. (There’s a reason Amazon no longer uses them). My shoes finally arrived defective. Sent an email and picture explaining defect. Two days later they said they would replace, and would first send an order confirmation for the replacement and then a shipping notification. Never received either. Called customer service after 6 days. Waited on hold for 15 minutes for a rep. When I explained the situation, she announced nothing had been done. She did not offer to do anything. I finally said just refund my money. That seemed to make her happy. What? This company is still blaming COVID for poor service. Steer clear.

I bought my first pair of Ortho feet , the Edgewater Stretch Knit, about 6 weeks ago, it was the best sneaker /shoe I ever bought I just received my 2nd pair the Sorrento. It's difficult to find comfortable good looking footwear such as these especially in wide width and for a mere four dollars more I bought the Arch Booster also. These Ortho feet shoes and sneakers are good looking and very very comfortable. I'm 67yrs old with some foot problems and these help out tremendously besides looking good. I'll never buy any other brand in foot wear again, it'll just be Ortho Feet for now on.

When I learned I'd lost all the fatty tissue on my heel, I thought I'd never find a way to walk comfortably again. After trying MANY different products to protect my heels, in an online search I came across Orthofeet. After reading the information on the website, I decided to try the slippers. Happy Feet Of course footwear can't cure the bunion, the hammertoe, the painful ball of the foot , BUT the jazzy walking shoes I got from OrthoFeet truly make walking more comfortable than it's been since these foot problems arose. Years of brutal foot pain. Multiple steroid injections and even went through plasma rich injections. Finally found a brand of shoes (New Balance with their inserts) that allowed me to function well. Needed a pair of sandals for upcoming vacation and New Balance did not have anything that would work. My wife did some research and I skeptically purchased a pair of Clearwater sandals from OrthoFeet. I AM SO IMPRESSED! With my issues I do not purchase shoes on line but took a chance and am so glad I did. I can wear these sandals all day and my feet feel great. Best of all, I am not hobbling to the shower the next morning. Just got an email for 20% off my next purchase and I will use it. Customer for life!

Zero response from customer service. my wife ordered shoes, received shoes, put on shoes, stood up, realized immediately that the shoes did not fit comfortably, sat back down, removed shoes, replaced shoes in the original box. We returned the shoes to Orthofeet and awaited the credit for the return. The return came, but for $30.00 less than the cost of the shoes. We contactd Orthofeet via email ( since if it's not written down it never happened). That happened in late 2017. to date (1/25/2018) we have had no response from Orthofeet. We contacted the Better Business Bureau in Orthofeet's area. They rate Orthofeet as an "F". The BBB has contacted Orthofeet twice, has had no response from them. looks like we are out $30.00.

I must give the Milano shoe the highest praise I have ever given any shoe! I am 82 years old, and never have had a more than 2 hours comfort in a shoe (if I was lucky or sitting down)!!! -- UNTIL I PURCHASED THE MILANO. I went on a week-long bird-watching tour that required 5-6 hours/day on my feet. It was not all walking -- but standing as well (usually deadly for my feet) and searching for/watching birds for periods of time during our walks. I could not believe I was pain-free! Most of this comfort was the shoe, and some was due to the orthotic that corresponded to my foot condition. If you have never felt true comfort (such as surgeries for Morton's Feet, hammer toes, a bunion, fallen arches, loss of plantar fat pad...please try the Milano. Standing on a sheet of clean white paper for each foot, draw around each foot with a pencil. Include with the image the amount of swelling in your feet and ankles, if any, from a measurement with or without an image, and they can give you the best fit possible. Their folks are great.

What a wonderful company. They keep their promises! After ordering a pair of shoes that didn't fit properly, I sent them back for an exchange of style. I didn't hear anything from Orthofeet for sometime after the FedEx tracking showed they were delivered back. I contacted customer service. I just received my 4th pair of Orthofeet shoes in less than 14 months. Between pair 3 and 4 I tried a pair from a local retailer. I kept them 3 days. I found these shoes after researching shoes on the web. I have been under a foot Dr.s care for over a year. I developed a ulcer on the bottom of my big toe. We tried numerous therapies to get it healed up to no avail. I tried the orthofeet shoes and from the first time I put them on my feet were comfortable and felt a bit less painful. I have since ordered 2 more pairs because I finally found a shoe that does not make my feet hurt. I just went back to the foot dr yesterday and after wearing the orthofeet shoes the ulcer is completely healed. I went from a pain level of 10 to zero in 4 months. I just wished i found these shoes sooner because my closet is full of athletic shoes that promised the world and did not deliver. These are wonderful shoes whether you have foot pain or not. The stretchable material expands so on those days that your feet swell the shoe remains comfortable.

On September 30, 2020 I bought my first pair of Orthofeet shoes (the Whitney black leather lace up shoes). They felt like Heaven the minute I put them on my feet!!! I couldn't believe such comfort! I wear a ladies size 5 Extra Wide - an impossible size to find! I am extremely picky about my shoes because 99.9% of shoes hurt my feet. These were absolutely perfect from the very first minute of wearing them. A couple of weeks later I bought the black mary jane style shoes. The shoes look nice and easy to put on/off b/c of velcro BUT The forefoot padding is very thin. For long walks or jogging this sneaker is useless b/c of poor padding. I added scholl's sole padding and it did not help much. The arch support claimed by the company is a false claim and does not work So do not waste your money buying g this shoe

Horrible customer service. Chat can't answer your questions on exchanges or returns, they don't answer your emails, and you can't get through by phone. The phone line is ALWAYS busy!!! I have purchased 5 pairs of Orthofeet with my last pair being a pair of sneakers. Have not been able to wear sneakers for years and it was beyond a treat to have a pair that I do not have to lace up. Last week we were away when one Velcro pieces disappeared. I retraced my steps and was extremely disappointed about losing my ability of using my pretied shoes. When I returned home I called a customer service representative and told her my problem. Well Orthofeet not only sent me 1 Velcro closure but 4. I was delighted. They are great to work with and highly recommend their shoes if you have any feet problems because it means you can walk again.
