Fabulous MDs and staff! I've had multiple procedures done with no concerns. The staff is always so accommodating, answering all all of my questions. The MDs are exceptional. I will continue to come here for hand and cosmetic treatment.

These people just left me with my jaw dropped. To begin, I was told on the phone that the cost for my procedure would be $3800. I scheduled a consultation and charged a $50 non refundable fee. No big deal... So after a 2 hour drive to Chattanooga we make it to the appointment and it just felt very rushed and unprofessional. The Dr. made me feel as if I was "wasting his time". I felt like my questions were not important, like he just couldn't wait to get to his next client. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking well he is just a busy surgeon and I let it go. Then I go back to the finance office to talk about cost. I was informed my procedure would cost $1000 more. At this point things started going downhill for me. I was very upset that no one even mentioned that being a possibility before I drove all the way down there. So again, I thought mistakes happen, and I scheduled my surgery. I then lost my mind with these people when I called in to make the rest of my payment and NO ONE could tell me how to make the payment. It was not just one person, I called multiple times, spoke to multiple people... All you would get is a long "UHHHH I don't know I will have to find out or find someone that knows...." Once again not one person acted this way and said these things, multiple people did. HELLO!! Do you people not do this every single day? You should be able to quickly answer simple questions and have a set procedure on taking payments. My next issue came when I called with some additional questions I did not remember to ask in the consult. Left a message for the nurse and get a call back from someone that said she was nurse but could not answer one single question I asked her about surgical procedures they complete every day. 2 simple questions were answered with a long "UHHHHH I don't know" then followed by "maybe you should come back for a consult..." Nope not happening. Maybe take a note ask the Dr. and get back with me would have worked but she never even offered that. Between the unknowledgeable, uneducated sounding, brain dead staff I would not recommend this center to anyone. After the payment issues and the complete disregard to my medical questions I was done. I asked for a refund and took my business elsewhere.

What an amazing group! Dr. Thurston was very thorough in explaining my future surgical procedure and providing details in regards to my fractures. It is extremely comforting to have someone like him and his staff during this time. His nurse, Brandy, is very helpful and left me feeling I could always reach out to her with any questions following the procedure. So thankful that Dr. Thurston was placed into our path! I was caught in a piece of large farming equipment on April 2, resulting in an avulsion lower limb wound. Ultimately leading him to need 19 surgeries at this point. We have gone through 10 surgeries, about to be 11, specifically with Dr. Thurston. Being four hours away from his clinic has proven to be much harder than we ever expected, luckily Dr. T ensures adequate care remotely, in office, through email and home health care. He is a tremendous doctor, surgeon, person, and now friend. To add to his outstanding bedside manners, he gives and ensures ethical care throughout our time in his supervision. Without him, I’m not sure I would be able to walk again or even be alive. Although we still have a long road of recovery with Dr. T by our side, I know that without him, there would have been many unnecessary surgeries performed by our local hospital. Our local Level 1 trauma center, stated that I needed an arterial graft and a free flap, luckily his knowledge (and experience) allowed me to not need these frivolous, costly surgeries! In addition to Dr. T, our amazing PSG nurse and advocate, Brandy! She has worked diligently with us to help keep Dr. Thurston informed in our most emergent of times. Without this duo, there would’ve been many days we would have been in the dark and possibly be in vastly different circumstances. I am so thankful for Nurse Brandy and Dr. Thurston, they are the epitome of caring health care. They are an AMAZING asset to this group! Our family and I will never be able to repay Brandy and Dr. T for the amount of time spent with us and compassion they have shown us. Thanks to them, my children get to keep their dad and I get to spend another day with wife

I went for a consultation with this group. When I scheduled I was told it was a complementary consultation. Soon after I received a bill in the mail, which proved that false. A receptionist called me a liar and said that they have not offered complementary consultations in 10 years and hung up on me. I have been calling for 5 weeks to talk to the office manager, including leaving her voice mails. She has never called me back a single time. Dr was extremely rude, dismissive and had ZERO bedside manner. Would not recommend to anyone!

The front of the house staff RECEPTIONISTS & SCHEDULERS are awful. They are flat out rude mean and do NOT EVER return phone calls. This place is loosing lots of business having front of the house staff with bad attitudes and unprofessional personalities. Doctors and nurses are great but how can you see them with front of the house not upholding their behalf.

OMG. Dr Kennedy and his staff were wonderful. A great experience. No pain for me. No nausea. Great comforting pre op attention. I had my old (34) year implants removed, new ones inserted. Moved them up and corrected the nipple position. A very positive experience.

I had a tummy tuck and experienced some post complications. He did everything he could to make things right and was very caring when he had to place a second drain tube. I had ganglion cysts on both hands, one on the joint of my left middle finger and another on the right ring finger. It got to a point that even getting into my purse would cause pain. I had surgery done on both hands at the same time and Dr. Kennedy found bone spurs that needed to be taken care of as well, I'm embarrassed to say that the most traumatic part of the whole ordeal was that I was petrified (to say the least) to have the stitches removed. When nurse Brandy came in the room to ask me questions, I told her that I was a complete wreck and didn't know if I could stand to have the stitches removed. I was just about in tears. Brandy was absolutely wonderful. She told me that I would be fine, and that she would take them out very gently. She said that we would take our time and that I could take a break in between if I needed it. She was fabulous and talked to me about other things while she was working. Brandy is the most compassionate, professional nurse I have ever met and she certainly has found her calling!

I was referred by a colleague to see Dr Brzezienski and decided to schedule a consult not knowing that it would be the worst experience I have had at a doctor visit. When he came to the door I could hear him and the nurse talking about me. The nurse told him where I worked and that I was an ICU nurse. Dr. Brzezienski responded that it didnt matter if I was not certified (as if he knew me). Then during the exam the way he handled my body part was like it was laughable to him and then he apologized for it and did it again. It made me very uncomfortable and felt belittled that I didn't have any questions and just wanted to leave and never come back, which I will not! By the way Dr. Brzezienski I am very proud of my license which I worked very hard for and took 4 years and 60K later to do it! There are too many other excellent surgeons out here to choose from rather than to settle for one that shows little respect and dignity toward a patient.

We are so thankful that he is here and so happy that he picked up where Dr Sergeant left off, we met with him once and right away he had a plan of action. Our daughter was born with a cleft palate and her first reconstruction was just after a year old and she is now five and we are very confident that Dr Thurston has given her the best treatment possible. He has done everything he said he would do and he has been spot on in telling us what to expect, he has taken the time to earn our daughter's trust and has always adrressed our concerns fully and he quickly handled some issues we had with the hospital during recovery. CAUTION. EXTREMELY RUDE. . I had called yesterday early in the day and left a message, just for a quick question regarding a consultation. After MANY hours of no return call.. I sought care elsewhere. Today I received a call back. The person stated that she was returning my call for scheduling an appointment. I stated that I wasn’t scheduling an appointment that I only had a few questions, but had them answered elsewhere. She then immediately hung up on me. I would have considered calling back to schedule with them if she had told me “please let us know if we can help in anyway” but the abrupt hanging up rubbed me the wrong way. As it is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I work in a very highly respected business, and if I ever spoke to my customers like that or did that I would not have a job. I do not recommend here at all. They will be extremely rude to you.

I had dr Waldrop as my surgeon and going in I had DDD Breast I specifically said I wanted to be a full C and I ended up with DD. While I was still coming to after surgery he told my fiancé not to worry he left them big enough for him. Then on my follow up I complained and all he offered was for me to pay to have another surgery.
