Prior to the appointment the front desk had to reschedule me a couple times - but they were still able to get me in the same day. Once I got there I was almost immediately taken back for my appointment. I worked with Cheri - she was amazing, very friendly informative and attentive. She checked on me multiple times throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable. On top of the great service - the results were amazing! 10/10 recommend

I recently had an appointment with nurse Brooke, a highly skilled injector. She was very thorough and provided me in depth information about my treatment options. She addressed certain areas that other injectors I've seen in the past had little or no knowledge about. Her treatment room (and the entire MPS Center) is a high end, luxurious medical environment. I have and will continue recommending both Brooke and Maine Plastic Surgery Center.

My experience at MPS is always a 10/10! I’ve been seeing Brooke for my lips for 2 years now. I’ve been to previous injectors and will never let anyone else touch my lips again! Brooke uses a dental block before she begins which leaves me completely numb, no pain at all! Injectors typically just apply numbing cream onto the lips before. For anyone who is scared of the pain, the dental block is a huge bonus!!!!!!!

Nurse Brooke is the lip queen and was amazing at making me feel comfortable throughout the entire filler process. I had zero bruising with her technique. She and the office were extremely easy to get in contact with during the swelling process and assured me all the way. After 12 days, my lips look perfect! Brooke is amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted & finally the desired lip look I’ve always wanted. The only down fall was I did get a lot of bruising than normal but other than that, I’m very happy and obsessed with my lip injections.

I have been waiting to get otoplasty since I was a kid. I have done lots of research and found Dr. Weisberg to have outstanding reviews and now I know why. Appointments were very easy to make, communication was great with the whole team! Clear instructions to follow prior to surgery. The day of my procedure I was extremely nervous but nurse Tara made me feel so comfortable. She was so supportive and caring, she made me feel right at home. I barely had to wait in the waiting room and was done in less than 2 hours. The whole staff is so professional. Very prompt responses following my procedure. They answered my emails very fast and with detail regarding medication and healing progress. I absolutely recommend MPS to anyone and everyone! Sad to hear Dr. Weisberg is retiring but I am so happy I caught him before he left!!Rating a 20 out of 10!! Thank you to the whole crew!! Life changing !! You all are greatly appreciated ❤

There are SO many things I could say about this office and if I could I would give them way more than 5 stars. The staff is the most phenomenal staff I’ve ever worked with in ANY office. They are invested. They are so kind and ease your mind. They make you feel comfortable and loved. What office can you say makes you feel that way!? The doctor makes you feel comfortable listens to your concerns and talks you through all possibilities. He is blunt in his suggestions and really makes you realize what the best procedure is and why. He is genuinely concerned in your well being and it absolutely shows. I would recommend this office for any of your plastic needs, and there are so many other things that they offer. Shout out to Sarah Beth and Hilary who were my two many people through this procedure, although I sure there were many more people involved, I was out of it for most of it at the end so I’m sorry if I missed anyone’s name but in all honesty they’re all phenomenal . Even the reception at the front ALWAYS made sure my requests were taken into consideration and so sweet. They examined each step of the process, constantly checked on me and made sure I was comfortable. I could go on and on and write a book. Bottom line is plastics in Portland is where you want to go, they are more than phenomenal, they made my vision come to life and gave me what I’ve always dreamed of. On October 6, 2020, I had an Abdominoplasty and Breast Lift at MPS. My experience was one problem after another, starting with a re-curring infection, necessitating a second surgery to finally remove it. $3500 of my $23,000 cost was for MicroNeedling and Light Therapy for my scars; at my third appointment I was told they had double booked and rudely sent away. I have a hard mass in my stomach that needed to be seen, and also some holes that weren't going away. There was NO DOCTOR in the office for a MONTH, when I finally got back in I found out that the holes were STAPLES left in my body!!! No apologies for this at all, and I am left with three extra scars. The last thing they did was say they would schedule me for Imaging to address the problems with hardness, then after my husband and I left the office, they emailed and said they don't schedule Imaging. So I am left with an as-yet unidentified medical problem, extra scars, and that is how my experience went. Dr. Weisberg perfomed my surgery, and then retired. The one time I saw Dr. Daniel he was arrogant, rude, and most upsetting, dishonet. You can get better work done, and much better patient care, many other places!

I initially went to plastic surgery center to see if they could fix my cheeks. I had previously had a couple infections, which I went into great detail about, these happened after I had received filler, after the infection was gone it left me with a sunken in cheek. I wanted their advice on how/if this could be fixed. It was recommended that I try filler again, and that the chances were very low of any issues. I agreed, feeling comfortable that if there was an issue to arise, there were 2 drs there that could assist, in case it needed to be dissolved or antibiotics prescribed. Unfortunately a couple days later my cheek was swollen, hot, and so painful. I contacted the nurse who performed the filler and she told me I was fine that it was a bone deep injection and it was just swollen for that reason. My face felt like somebody was holding a hot iron on it. I went to a doctor because I knew I needed antibiotics. Even though the nurse said don’t bother going there’s nothing they can do. Days later she finally decides to squeeze me in to take a look. I was out of work for two weeks, I had to tell the drs at plastic surgery to please dissolve the filler, the nurse even said, maybe with some antibiotics the infection will clear up and you can still keep the filler. Absolutely NOT, I want it dissolved! Then both my cheeks had to be Lanced and packed. I know accidents happen, I took a chance. It was how it was handled. As soon as I let her know I felt something wasn’t right she should’ve immediately saw me. And then they told me when I was healed up and felt better to come in and they could hopefully at least rid me of the scars from being lanced. So I finally get in there and I talked about fat transfer because hopefully my body wouldnt reject/attack that. I was feeling hopeful. Then they contacted me and said the dr didn’t feel comfortable with the situation. Sometimes bad things happen but I really thought they would right their wrong. So not only is my cheek sunken in, now I have two scars.

The absolute WORST customer experience I've ever had. They rescheduled my initial consultation 4 times without a single apology and did so via text each time and on the day of. Absolutely no regard for other people's time and this went on for months. I paid the $500 just to get a decent surgery date which they then cancelled and suddenly had a sooner date to offer. With such blatant disregard for customer service I am in awe that a place like this is still in business. Such a massive disappointment.

I traveled a few hours the day before my consultation and my appointment was canceled via text around 3PM for an appointment early the next morning. I was in town for a few days and ended up meeting with staff, rather than the doctor. A few weeks later I had a virtual consult with the doctor. I received the quote and never heard from them again. The office was dusty and under construction. The staff wasn’t very friendly and I didn’t get the vibe that the surgery was worth almost $22,000 with how I was treated. They did try to make good by providing some free skin products but I was bummed with experience overall.

If there a weird or random question that not part of her job, she gives me straight forward direction so I know every step. I just spent the most amazing hour with Meg for a Dermaplaning treatment! The Diamond Glow last month was fabulous , but dermaplaning has stolen my heart! The hot towels and steam instantly relaxed my entire body, making it difficult to get up and get any accomplished for the rest of my day! The best experience!!

I originally gave this facility 5 stars. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Wisenburg for my corset trunkplasty. However, I've now since booked my next procedure with Dr. Daniel since wisenburg retired. I've had 2 appointments cancelled on me a day before the appointment via text message. I had to call several times to reschedule my first appointment which was 2 months later! Just to once again be cancelled the day before via text message. This last time I called 3 times and still have not recieved a call back. After spending thousands and thousands of dollars in this office I do expect a little bit more curtosy than what I've recieved. The lady I spoke with that runs the front desk said that no one knows how to reschedule anyone at this time so they just are not calling anyone. This is completely unprofessional and rude. I am very upset with lack of empathy about the situation. Now I've lost 2 days worth of work and have 3 weeks taken out for my surgery that I have no idea will take place or not at this point. Please call back your patients and give the true explanation of what's going on. It's the least you can do.
