Where do I even begin? I travel from London to see Mel and Dr. Jeremic, but to be quite honest, I would drive from 6+ hours away to have all my procedures completed by these two. To start, they are the most kind and welcoming clinic I've ever been to. You are always greeted with a smile from the front office staff, and that just continues as you proceed to see Mel and Dr. Jeremic. They are both unbelievably knowledgeable in all aspects of skin care. My first appointment to get filler in my lips, I was understandably quite nervous. Mel did everything to ensure I felt comfortable both during and after my procedure. She kept me calm, and I just knew I was in a safe environment. During my last procedure, I saw both Mel and Dr. Jeremic, and I was even more blown away than my initial visit. As I sat in the chair, I felt as though they both took care of me as a family member more than a client. I sat there and totally felt like they were looking out for my best interest and wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible. The clinic itself is hands down, one of the more beautiful facilities I've visited. Clean is an understatement! The place is beyond impeccable! I honestly could write a novel about how much I love this clinic. They are hands down the best and I recommend everyone and anyone I know to visit them.
