Called for a consultation and was greeted very poorly by the receptionist. Got one word answers from her and an attitude in her tone of voice when I asked questions. She was very unpleasant and the only REASON I called back to cancel my appointment. I Rather drive to Toronto and get work done by reputable doctors than having to feel unappreciated, pay an arm and a leg to a businesss that treats customers so poorly before I get any service done. I will spend my money elsewhere!!!

Dr. Bonnet is very kind and genuine and considerate. The environment it relaxed, and staff are always nice and accommodating. I’ve also had services with Beth, who is an absolute Sweetheart. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for cosmetic services. Highly recommend.

Truly a GEM in a small town. It's wonderful to get the upscale services without driving to Toronto (which come at a much higher cost). Dr. Bonnet, Beth and their reception support are very caring and will always go out of their way to find the best solutions. Perhaps the other reviewer that complained about the service is hard to please and difficult. Treat with kindness and you get kindness in return. Just saying.

I don't know Dr. Bonnet she might be fine as a family physician but her cosmetic care business is just a money grab. I went for removal of unwanted facial hair and if anything my facial hair came in thicker afterwards. Did not work at all. It was very expensive and I went through a lot of sacrifice to be able to pay for it. Completely wasted money. The only way to get rid of unwanted hair permanently is through electrolysis and anyone who tells you different is lying.
