I got my lips done with Sandra Bielawiec ,DNP ,she recommended 1 cc of kysse-lip treatment . It was my first time and very nervios , this is something I’ve always wanted to and I’m obsessed with the result . Just how I wanted it . It’s noticeable. But not that noticeable because she did so good they look natural , plum and firm ! I absolutely love them ... you must go see her ! Thank you Sandra !

I've been coming here for a couple of months now and I have to say I love everything about this place. The staff is very warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I've had multiple treatments and everyone I've seen walks me through step by step of what to expect during and after treatment and takes the time to answer all my questions. Glad I found this GEM in Oakbrook.

I have used Aespala for the advertised BTL Vanquish ME for my thighs for 2 separate treatment (12 sessions total). No visible improvement nor any discernible impact. There were times when the machine did not seem to work - the technician undergoing the treatment stated and acknowledged that the machine is not heating up and maybe malfunctioning. I had mentioned to Aespala's management team-Jami regarding the poor result. Jami was empathetic and recommended going through a second iteration of Vanquish treatment. There was no contact and follow up from BTL representative regarding the faulty machine operation and negative outcome. The 2nd set of treatment provided no discernible differences again. I see there were 2 other very negative reviews of Vanquish from Aespala's customer on Yelp (this web review). I would not recommend the Vanquish treatment as it was very costly and so much time spent with NO results with no customer support from BTL. Please note - i went through the treatment for 2 separate/repeat iterations - 12 sessions total over 10 months.

I wanted to write and review in praise of Rhonda and as cautionary tale to others. I had gone to Rhonda before with great results and then later went to someone else because of a bargain. Please do not do this! I had a nightmare year of pain, discomfort and have permanent marks on my nasiolabial folds due to the other injector’s poor technique. I was terrified to get fillers again but decided to put my faith back into Rhonda. Rhonda is a trainer and educator and understands anatomy. She puts safety first and won’t do anything you don’t feel comfortable with. She will spend a lot of time with you and you never feel rushed in and out. She is so authentic and sincerely wants to make you happy. She is so confident in her skill level that it automatically puts you at ease. Today I wake up with no pain, no bruises and fantastic results! I could just hug her! I tracked her down at her new location that is totally cute and assessable. Please only go to the best when it’s your face. Rhonds is the best.

I had botox done. I was expecting a consultation as that's what I was informed the first appointment was about. When I got there the botox was ready to go, she was eager to inject me without taking time to answer all my questions as if she was rushed. After the botox I'm unable to lift my eyebrows causing sagging aging skin that makes me look like I'm constantly frowning. Its caused alot of insecurity. I went to another professional after and was told that a knowledgeable person would have advised me not to get botox because the reason I have lines on my forehead is because I am constantly using those muscles to raise my eyebrows and the skin away from my eyes. Disappointed by her lack of knowledge or lack of care to advise me against this procedure. Dont trust this facility to do what's in your best interest.

I was injected with Botox by the nurse practitioner Dee, she was really great! Super friendly, very gentle, great results. The staff is amazing. The office is so beautiful. Ive never been to a med spa that has everything! Skin care products, lasers, non surgical body contouring, every filler imaginable, soo many awesome facial treatments, spray tanning, weight loss, AND a surgery center. Wow! Love it

Aespala MedSpa & Plastic Surgery is amazing... By far the cleanest, most up to date office i have seen! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I cant say enough about Dr. Marschall, he is incredible. I had breast augmentation performed by him and i love my results!! As far as the MedSpa, its definitely the best spa I have been to! I just love the esthetician. She is very good at knowing what treatments are best for your face! I go for facials and chemical peals once a month and she has always done a super job!! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a FIVE STAR office.

Went for a consultation for skin care and was beyond impressed!! I met everyone in the office and they spent an hour and a half assessing my skin and educating me on my options for free with no expectations of me to purchase anything! They even encouraged me to start off conservatively instead of trying to upsell me!! The nurse, nurse practitioner, and manager were all extremely knowledgeable! I ended up going with a hydro facial and products to start. The Esthetician was great and knowledgeable as well. It was the best facial I've ever had! The whole team helped me develop a healthy plan of care for my skin. This place is a perfect example of his patients should be treated! They have gained my trust with the time and care they put into me and I plan to continue using them for all of my skin care needs. I highly recommend using them if you want to work with a team who has your best interest at heart!

I fully recommend this spa! I had great success for my treatment of rosacea using their BBL laser. I had 4 treatments and I no longer have to use cover up every time I go out the door. I have had Botox and filler and am extremely happy with the results. Everyone is extremely professional and accommodating.

The experience from walking through the door, receiving the treatment and the results following were everything I could have hoped for! It was my first time ever, having lip filler done and I was nervous and scared - as hell; sweating. ???? Take a deep breath and relax. The only service I’ve had done here was lip fillers, and it’s been over a year and I still have lumps in my lips. I’m too scared to get them dissolved because I know it’s going to hurt, that injections were too superficial that they’re stuck under the first layer of my lip. I would not recommend fillers from here

I had such an all around amazing experience. The reason for my visit was for hormonal acne. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who was an absolute sweetheart! She made me feel super welcomed and answered all my questions. I then saw the nurse Sandra who was VERY knowledgeable and came up with a plan.
