This place is really not for me. I went to this place as a walk-in customer to get my eyebrows done. Most of the places I called were on vacation, so I took my chance here. Although I showed the picture to the lady of the style that I wanted, she doesn't seem to have a call on what to removed or not. I guess she doesn't want to be blamed if something goes wrong. Walked out unhappy. The last time I was here to do my waxing (Brazilian). It went terribly wrong. I have to go to the doctor to get antibiotics. I went on a sick day on the same day as I can't walk from so much pain. I did message them of their FB page but the way they respond, they don't seem to care at all. No, I will never go back to this place, even if this is my last resort

Wow! The woman who answers the phone is so unprofessional!!! I had a reminder call yesterday to confirm my appointment.... I just recieved a call that they are canceling AGAIN!!!! This is the 3rd time this has happened!! The woman on the phone insists on arguing with you. Now I have to rebook days later... this cancelation was at no fault of my own.... why do I have to wait for so long... ???????? I have argued with this woman every single time I called! The reason I keep going back is because the woman who does my nails is awesome. But they need to do something about the awful manners and people they have ANSWERING THE PHONES!!!!!! And time to find someone else who can be professional!!!!
