I went to White Rock Skin & Laser Clinic today for my first time and was very impressed with my experience! It was not my first time for this type of treatment, just my first time at this clinic. Starting with the receptionist, I didn't get her name, but she was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in. She even brought me a bottle of water while I was filling in a form. Then I had a consultation with Barbara, and she was also very friendly and clearly knew her stuff! She went over a number of skin care products and all of the services they provide very efficiently and was in no way trying to up sell or oversell anything to me. She was very honest and knowledgeable. Then I met with Dr Lamprecht and he was also very friendly! He was very clear with regards to the different options about the products specific to the service I received and the differences between them all. He explained everything in great detail right down to the equipment he was going to use. And the entire time, he had a smile on his face and made me feel very at ease. The clinic overall fees like a spa. You can tell there has been a lot of thought put into the decor, and the ambiance. Not to mention it was very clean and fresh! Lastly, the pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to everyone I know! I will also be back 100%

My partner always tells me I look beautiful, and while I love the words, they don't make me feel the way he sees me. As much as self confidence and beauty should come from the inside, and you should be comfortable in your own skin, it's difficult to feel that way when you look at yourself in the mirror everyday and don't have flawless skin. Every blemish and every scar stuck out like a sore thumb and I only looked in the mirror when I absolutely had to. I've always been a believer in healthy skin so never used much makeup to hide. But, for a long time that choice came with people looking at my cheeks, my forehead, my chin, instead of my eyes when talking to me. I felt like a bobble head, ducking to try and catch someone's eye when we talked. Now, people actually look me in the eyes. Someone's once mentioned to me that they didn't notice I switch between glasses and contact lenses during the week...that says something about how much 'attention' my skin brought me. There aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for WRSL. Thank you to Vanessa and Denise for always noticing the changes with each appointment, and always encouraging me. Thank you to Mirela and Dr. Brendenkamp for making me feel beautiful, giving me more confidence, for making it clear my best interests were front of mind, and never pressuring me into any decisions. Their recommendations always were what suited my skin, not what was best for their business or their bottom line. As a young woman on a budget, that means a lot. As cliché as it is to say, if you want to feel and reveal your best self, seriously, give WRSL a shot, I promise you won't regret it.

I felt like I was in great hands and the results were beautiful, I couldn't be happier. Dr. Lamprecht is also lovely and when I went in last minute for a follow up, he was so understanding and friendly, I really appreciated it. It was really important to me that the doctor I chose had a long history in the medical field, treating patients for real issues and not just injections, which is one of the reasons I chose this clinic. This was my first visit. The clinic is bright, clean and modern, and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was truly lovely! Injectable fillers and Botox are impossible to wipe off. That is why it matters who performs your treatment. I have had severe back pain for years as well as back surgery 10 years ago and have been seeking treatment with Massage therapy and Physiotherapy but have not had much luck with relieving my on going back pain. I went to White Rock Skin and Laser for pain relief and have had 6 laser treatments for back pain and i am amazed at the results i have achieved with only 6 treatments. I can honestly say i am pain free . After my 2nd treatment i could not believe the difference. The staff are super friendly and i never feel rushed during my visit. When contacting the clinic, emails and phone calls are returned promptly, and I never have trouble booking an appointment. Doctor B. has helped me prevent dimpling in my chin, corrected my lip asymmetry and also helped manage excessive sweating. Mirella is amazing and Dr. Bradenkamp is outstanding in his attention to detail and his recommendations for me (and my aging skin!). My rosacea has completely disappeared. I have had amazing results with my skin and chest area since coming to the clinic. Dr. Lamprecht and Mirella are so knowledgeable with what each individual client needs. I needed to get my skin texture addressed and after my laser treatment everything came to life. My age spots and lines were reduced along with the collagen getting rebuilt.
