Each step of the way, the entire team worked so hard to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with the result. Amanda worked her magic with the scheduling, billing and insurance; Ghezal tracked down the correct parts that were required and held my hand throughout the process, patiently and kindly; Dr. Shirbani was gentle and professional, putting up with my indecisiveness and allowing me the time I needed to ensure I was comfortable! Shout out to the dental lab that fashioned my new crown, going beyond the extra mile to make the colour and shape perfect. As other reviewers have mentioned, the clinic is spotlessly clean, modern and COVID protocols are observed diligently. I am THRILLED with my new smile; my only regret is not contacting Apple Dental Implant Center sooner. You won't regret entrusting your smile to these amazing professionals!

This is the third consultation implant center I went for my 2 front teeth that need implant done and I decided to go with Apple dental right away after I was given estimates. Not only for the price but most importantly I feel the front staff and dental assistant are very helpful and attentive. Dr Treasure has very strong medical/dental background and experience and I feel they really care about their patients and don’t feel that they are only running the business just to make money. I have booked my implant appointment and also referred my friend over for an implant consultation. After all, It’s not easy to find a dental place with genuine team nowadays.

If you’re thinking about getting dental implants, you can schedule a complimentary no-obligation consultation with Apple Dental Implant Centre to learn more..." on Apple Dental Implant website. However, the so-called "complimentary no-obligation consultation" at APPLE Dental Implant White Rock is NOT free at all and with obligation. - When I asked for a complimentary no-obligation consultation, here is their reply:"...our Specialist Dr. xxx, he does charge $195 for his consultation as he is a Prosthodontist. Our complimentary consultations with Ct scan ($100) are with Dr. xxx, Dr. xxx and Dr. xxx who specialize in implants..." Intransparency: - When I asked for the tooth implant related procedure codes and cost estimations (in order to confirm coverage with my insurance company), the receptionist refused to provide it. She suggested that these information can only be provided after the 1st consultation, which was claimed to be "complimentary" in their false advertisement but not free in reality. - On the other hand, all the other dental clinics or dental implant center can provide these information, which is definitely not confidential information. Impatience: - When I asked if their Specialist Dr. xxx works in other clinics in Vancouver in addition to White Rock, the receptionist asked my phone number and promised to call me back. However, she never called me back...

Apple Dentals services are affordable and very professional . I went to get an estimate because my teeth are cracking and breaking. My dentist wanted about $1000 more for each tooth that I needed replaced and I couldn't afford that. I was skeptical that they could do the implants for so much less but true to their word, they were so affordable. My experience at this location has been exceptional. I was very anxious about getting 2 molar implants but the staff here made me feel more at ease. Dr. Hamidreza Shirbani was very professional and thorough. The front desk girls were friendly and welcoming. The assistant helpers were knowledgeable and confident. They explained the procedures well. I followed the instructions for post care and had no issues or infection . I took 3 days off my work after the initial posts were put in as I work a very physical job lifting and bending. I did not have any swelling or bruising around my face or jaw. I had two implants( one on each side of my lower jaw) done at the same visit. The worst part of the procedure was the stitching. I could feel the tugging and that crept me out. I am near the end process of getting the teeth put in next week and am very excited about it. Just want to say thank you to the wonderful staff at the white rock location!!
