From the minute you walk in the door, you feel at home. The whole staff is professional, friendly, and always going to great lengths to educate about procedures. I have seen Felicia for skin treatments, Dr Klok and Dr Cindy for medical aesthetics, and Scott is always helpful with anything above and beyond. I highly recommend SkinOne!

Just completed my first Halo skin care treatment (out of 2) and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not as painful as what you see on YouTube videos or what many others say. But I suppose everyone’s pain tolerance differs from person to person but personally, I believe it will be worth it. I have had acne scars on my face for about 2 decades now and trust me when I say I’ve tried many methods over the years to seek improvement for my skin. Unfortunately, not much has worked. After having the friendly staff of doctors, skin specialists and technicians at SkinONE thoroughly explain the entire treatment process to me (at least thrice), I now place my trust with Halo. I’m still in the healing process but just knowing the advance technology the Halo treatment provides, I have a good feeling about this!

I went to SkinONE to get the HALO Laser treatment and it was such a positive experience! The team is so professional, it's a beautiful (clean) space they have and I felt like they really cared about the concerns I have with my skin. Dr Klok and Dana have helped me transform my skin. Firstly, I absolutely love that this clinic offers procedures that are evidence based and injectables are preformed by their plastic surgeon. I have had both Botox and Dermal Fillers by Dr Klok. She made sure to take her time and listen to my needs in order to get the best results possible. Beautiful, modern clinic. Clean, upscale aesthetic. Highly professional and discreet front desk staff. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in a way that's comforting, never pushy. They educate in a way that's enlightening to opportunities but not overwhelming. I go for Botox (Dysport) and they always err on the side of natural with a follow up for face balance and touch ups if necessary. Mine is always perfectly subtle. Their red carpet facial is an excellent way for me to bump up my home routine and permits my products to soak into my skin better once again. My spouse told me today how great my skin looks and I don't know about you - but after 25 years of marriage, that's a real compliment! Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a great skincare clinic to help with my acne prone skin for almost a year before i came across SkinOne and I am happy to say I have finally ended my search. Even though it is an hour drive from my home it is so worth it. Everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking to has been lovely. The office is clean and Scott at reception is very welcoming. Dana has been taking care of me since my first consult and she has been wonderful, kind, and thorough. She takes time to listen to your skincare goals and makes sure you understand all of your options. I have not been pressured into buying expensive packages or additional skincare products and when i had a few side effects from an acne prescription Dr Cindy H set up a phone consult and faxed a new prescription to my pharmacy that same day. I would recommend them 100%

I wish I could give zero stars. Was supposed to have a facial with Kim on the 20th. Kim has being doing my facials for years and she’s the only person who I can trust with my skin, so I’ll go wherever she is for my facials no questions asked. My appointment was supposed to be at 9:30 and I drove from Richmond to west van. I had basically just got to west van at 9 and I received an extremely unprofessional phone call from the owner - Scott cancelling my appointment!! He basically lied to me over the phone saying he has no technician which was a lie as I was texting Kim minutes before this “owner” called. He wasn’t even apologetic or anything and I told him that I can’t just come back because I live in Richmond and took the day off of work just to see Kim. He told me he would give me a complimentary facial in the new year and basically hung up on me. How does this person operate a business or call himself a business owner? Since Kim isnt there anymore I will not support a disorganized and unprofessional establishment and neither should anyone.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and care of the staff at SkinONE. I've always been self conscious of my acne scars but I'm glad to have found a solution with the halo laser and subcision treatments at SkinONE. The subcision had immediate dramatic results on my rolling acne scars making them less visible. The halo laser treatment went smoothly and my face healed by the 4th day post-treatment. I haven't gotten the full benefits of the halo laser treatment yet but so far I'm already noticing improvements in my skin texture. Looking forward to seeing the full results! The clinic is very modern and filled with natural light giving it a warm and calming ambiance. Scott has been a pleasure to work with as he takes the time to thoroughly explain the full details of each treatment and answer all of my questions. Dr. Cindy and Felicia were both fantastic as well! They both took great care to make sure I was never in any discomfort during my treatments. I would 100% recommend SkinONE if you're looking for a solution to your acne scars!

I am thoroughly impressed with SkinONE! The clinic is clean and bright and the staff are professional and courteous. I had the pleasure of being treated by Felicia who listened to all of my concerns and addressed them during my BBL sessions with her. With all the mask wearing I’ve developed some rosacea, acne and signs of aging but they have been considerably reduced since being treated by Felicia. She walked me through exactly what we’d be doing each appointment so I always felt super comfortable. I also had great interactions with Scott who helped answer a lot of my questions about the BBL treatment and other treatments they offer. I’m planning to come back for my Botox and lip filler appointments in the future. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I cannot say enough good things about SkinONE! No need to leave the North Shore for the BEST botox (dysport) or filler treatment in the city. Super convenient location in central west van! Dr. Huang is a game changer, she will take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. She is a perfectionist- in the best possible way! I am so appreciative of her time and professionalism. Update: even after a year… the below still applies. I’d been searching for a clinic for month now and can say the search is over. The quality of both service, care, cleanliness at this facility deserves more than a 5 star. Dana knows her stuff and is genuine and very attentive with everything she does.
