My positive experience at Dr Sosa's office began from the very minute I walked in the front door to a cozy & clean waiting room where the polite friendliness of the staff greeted me and the personal attention I received from their office manager Melissa. My experience with Audrey Fitzgerald, PA-C and Dr Sosa was beyond excellent. I felt at ease with their expertise and communication styles. Audrey did an amazing job of understanding what I wanted & delivering on exactly what I needed(ask them for my before & after pics) and Dr Sosa made sure to follow up with me to see if I was happy with the results. I made the right choice. Dr. Johnston and his staff have made me very happy. I am 72 and had a lower face lift . I did know 3 other women that he performed surgery on so I was witness to his skill. I also was happy to spend the night at the hospital he chose. They took good care of me. I have been told I look at least 10 years younger. . I don't remember when my jaw line ever looked this good. Dr Sosa it is going on 5 years and I can't even think of one thing that I was not happy with he is without a doubt one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of knowing is bedside manner is impeccable his standards are impeccable he treats me like a queen and we both have the same sense of humor so I can talk to him he's not only my doctor he's like my friend and you don't get that very often and a lot of people would think that was unprofessional but it's not with him it's different when I found out he moved father away there wasn't even a question the only problem is I keep telling him don't move father cuz I'm not going in a plane I don't do planes but I'll find a way to get to him he's taking such good care of me thank you so much dr. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give a 0 in here I would, I called to inquire about one of there procedures. Simply doing my due diligence. This doctor was actually recommended by friend who happened to gush about his work for hours. The lady who answered the phone sounded much older. Her tone was dismissive right off the bat. As if she didn't even have time to answer a couple question from a paying customer. Horrible. I'm sorry she is so miserable. Will not recommend to anyone. Gail.

Since my procedure, I look in the mirror and no longer see Jane any more. I SEE JANIE AGAIN. The first time I went into Dr. Johnston office I instantly felt very comfortable. Dr. Johnston is like no surgeon or Dr. I have ever talked too. He is very relaxed, informative and funny. I never felt nervous about the procedure. He explained it very well. Staying overnight at the Hospital after surgery was great. Especially not knowing what to expect. The hospital personnel was great. They watched over me throughout the night and morning. Kathy, Dr. Johnston assistant was wonderful, and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. All questions were immediately answered by their office assistant Melissa. I actually researched many surgeons on line before I decided on Dr. Johnston. He was not recommended to me by anyone other than the feelings I had when I first met them at our first consultation. Best decision ever to use this practice. I went to several places before selecting Dr. Johnston for my procedure. Dr Johnston and his staff took the time to explain things and were very personable. They also took the time to meet with myself and my wife on several occasions prior to the procedure to make sure all of our questions were answered. They followed up on many occasions after my surgery to make sure my recovery was going well. My results were tremendous and more than I expected. I look 20 years younger.
