Although vision states patient focused they are not patient centred. Lots of duplication of paper work required online and in person despite previously completed info for a cataract surgery. No way a 70 can do a fullable PDF. Some errors made with the rework and redo of paper work which is supposed to improve safety. Operating room Standards far from providing confidence. Hair hanging out of bouffants, artificial nails on those scrubbing in. If you can’t do the simple things like meet accreditation standards ans basic ORNAC standards- makes me worried. Surgeon was good no infection yet so let’s hope. Won’t be getting a second one there for sure.
