Hi this man Dr Peter was rude to my mom and she do not do anything and he was very rude to her and he is racist to Muslim people my mom feel like that of this way she was treated because of how she look and how she dress. I think is place was nice people but not any more because of this people like Dr Peter

The booking to see Dr. Adam at the eye centre is ridiculous. Over 3 hours to complete the appointment and only seeing the doctor for 5 minutes as he rushes in an quickly runs over things. He is very obviously extremely over booked and with the current state of things (covid) people should not be sitting in a shared space for such an extended amount of time. Horrible experience everytime I go.

If I could give zero stars I would. Clinic always reschedules appointments last minute, citing scheduling error. Once in a while I get, but this happens at least every 4th appointment. Appointments never start on time anyways, typical wait is 30-45 minutes. Doctors are clearly overbooked and no systems in place to improve scheduling or improve experience for patients. Staff don't seem to care, literally cut off mid-sentence when confirming an appointment for my family member. Just the worst experience every time.

Dr. Peter Haung is an amazing eye doctor and surgeon! I am now 26 and have been going to this clinic since I was 3 years old due to a forcep scratching my cornea when I was born as I was delivered the wrong way. I would visit Dr. Peter regularly growing up as he has been taking care of my vision for 23 years now trying to improve it through various invasive and non invasive surgeries. As of yesterday I went for a laser eye treatment (after having a cataract and corneal transplant over last couple years) and I can official see colors and objects close to me out of my bad eye the most I have ever before, it bring tears to my eyes! I never thought I would be able to see as well as I can today. It's solely because Dr. Peter haung has never given up on me. I went in on a surgery day for Dr. Peter so I did a check up with the other Dr Haung in this office who gave up on me the first eye appointment and told me theres nothing I could do to fix my vision and I will be stuck like that forever. To live with no hope of vision is heartbreaking. However Dr. Peter Haung has always given me hope. And for that alone and the fact he's kept me safe through every surgery since I was 3 despite me being over fearful, I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to repair their vision and needs some faith. My Dr. Is Dr. Peter Haung, I definitely recommend asking for him if you need someone who will treat you with the utmost respect and care for you! Thank you to everyone at this clinic I love you all for giving me the chance to see as much as I can today ???? I do agree with others though, phones could be answered better and the front desk staff could be a little more kind... however Dr. Peter and the ladies that work with him in the back are absolutely wonderul.

The office is busy, but the staff are always friendly and Dr. Adam is amazing. He took the time to understand my situation and explain my treatment options and the followup care has been excellent. I can’t recommend him enough.

Admin support / receptionist named Risa or Riza who answered my call is trying to invent some stories just to satisfy me with my concern and in order for her to hang the phone right away and answer another calls on hold. She is giving me another story which is very far from what information I had from the two ladies I spoke before her. Pls. don't fool your clients!

I havent stepped foot in here yet but I am not impressed with the phone mannerisms or the fact that the only way to contact them is to call repeatedly until someone answers. No voicemail available. No email. They dont call to tell you when your appointments are, they just assume you know and call only when you've apparently missed one.. and in my case right now it seems someone somewhere hasnt followed up on my file because now im being told to go in to see ANOTHER eye dr for stuff I already sat in a hospital all day for. Not impressed right now and now to sit and waste my day trying to call and get through to cancel a rescheduled appointment I had no idea I even had. People have lives, work etc, they cant just drop everything the second there's a call.

Dr Adam Muzychuk performed Cataract surgery on both my eyes in July 2019. He did a great job and I was very pleased with the pre surgery care and the post surgery care provided by him and the other clinic staff members. It has all made such a difference in my life. An excellent Doctor who has professional staff.

Missed diagnosed for glaucoma, went on 3 different types of drops for my condition over the course of a year. Had reactions to all of them, so I went to see a glaucoma specialist. New doctor said I have no clue how you were diagnosed for glaucoma, you definitely don't have it. Will never be back to this location.

My husband received horrible care from Dr Muzychuk! My husband has had vision deterioration for six month and our optometrist was sure he needed to see neuro and only an ophthalmologist can refer to. Dr Muzychuk threw the paper in the garbage and told my husband to get another optometrist and new lenses for his glasses. We found out yesterday following a MRI by his general doctor that my husband has a brain tumour affecting his optic nerve. Disgusted with the dismissive and rude treatment given to my husband. Listen to your patients and the doctors that care for them. Will never recommend Dr Muzychuk to anyone! And be prepared to wait HOURS at an appointment

Had appointment for visual field test, eye scans, and follow up with Dr. Muzychuk. Arrived on time, waiting 30 minutes for VFT, test was about 10 minutes, back to waiting area, another 20 minutes before scans, scans for about 10 minutes, back to waiting area, called in after 20 minutes for eye check, drops and pressure test, back to waiting area, called after 25 minutes for seeing Dr., saw Dr. for maybe 5 minutes. Complete disregard for patient's time and travel. Might be a wiz-bang surgeon but can't schedule worth a sh!t.

Dr Peter is a total fraud, just there to take the money. Beware he is a shark. My mum has had diabetes for years was sent in to check her eyes, diabetes destroys eyes. The guy Peter(I do not even think he must be called doctor) dropped in for totally 5 seconds and diagnosed her eyes were ok, diabetes free(I will not discuss his rudeness) he told us she needed glasses. We went to an optometrist and he gave her a full exam. He found her retina we're swollen and sent us to a specialist. Well my mom now has to have injections in her eyes cause diabetes has almost destroyed her retinas and can go blind. And the Dr Peter said in few seconds she was fine....he is a criminal! Just in to get the money from insurance and visits. Be aware, he does not care, he is a criminal

Poor service and Dr Peter is very rude himself as well as his whole staff ......and his quality is very poor in all areas he even diagnosis wrong too and has people taken meds for no reason that cause more issues he is horrible and needs to close down how is he even running a business with how bad he is!!!!!!!!

Cold mean and awful admin. staffs at Dr. Peter Huang's office. One of the older lady yelled and embarrassed us just because we misunderstood one thing. I think the office across the hall heard her too. PS: if you want to eat an Apple during work, go to the break room or something. Don't eat and chew in front of your customers while you check them in. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Will NOT recommend.

Arrived prior to my 1 pm appointment for Dr Adam Muzychuk. After waiting 1/2 hour and seeing other patients with appointments after mine get in, I asked the front desk, and was told the normal wait time is 1-1.5 hours. Time is just as valuable for patients as it is for Doctors! Asked the front desk to rebook and walked out. We'll see what happens

I just go back from appointment. The person taking eyes pressure and reading rate kept touching her mask. How do I know she is a symptomatic? I got home, got rid of all cloth and to washing machine with bleach, and shower....Staff needs more training

My doctor, Adam Musychuk, was excellent. I had a serious cataract in my right eye which he operated on. It was removed and the lens in my eye was replaced in about 15 or 20 minutes. 3 weeks later my left eye was also operated on as a preventative move. No complications, and I suddenly had 20/20 vision in my right eye; the very next day. The same thing happened with the left! Now I have 20/20 vision in both eyes, and I have been very myopic all my life. I have complete confidence in Dr.Adam; such a pleasant man, and very competent. I will be forever grateful.

I went to Peter huang for cataracts surgery. Should be general as done all the time. Well he tore the lens and it was also miss aligned. I went back a number of times about pain and not being able to see properly. At night I saw 4 moons and you can imagine. There were so many issues. I finally got it fixed by a great doctor, but my lens could not be placed where it was. The new one had to be placed just under the cornea. This is my warning to you not to see Peter huang, he is incompetent. Good luck

This professional centre is not very wheelchair accessible. You will need help at the front doors to open and hold the door as there is no automatic door openers. There is also no transition strip from the pavement to the sidewalk and you have to turn the wheelchair around backwards to pull it up onto the sidewalk. Then try to wrestle the door open. The elevator has a wide uneven strip that you also must turn the wheelchair around and enter and exit backwards or risk jamming the front wheels in for a sudden stop. Shame on the medical centre and city for allowing these places to be difficult for disabled people.
