Andrea is wonderful! The whole staff is so kind and patient and helpful. But Andrea herself is warm and knowledgeable and does amazing work! She worked with me, talked with me at length about all my options (even things i hadn't considered before that would help me achieve my ultimate goals) and was available to answer all my followup questions and concerns even over the holidays. So far i have only received botox treatments from her, but I absolutely cant wait to go to her for my next lip filler. Cant recommend her or this place enough!! 10/10 :)

I had Dysport recently and I am very impressed with the results and the service. I have had Botox before and every place I had to get touch ups mainly on one side because the muscles are stronger. I forgot to mention this to Andrea but I am pleasantly surprised that it took very evenly on both sides! I love the results. Very natural yet the lines are gone! I've never had such great service like this! Andrea and Dr Michalski have gone above and beyond taking time to make sure I am 100% satisfied. They are extremely easy to get a hold of and don't simply brush a person of. Since moving to Ontario 2 years ago this is the only company that has promptly responded! They are both very honest and upfront about what is needed to achieve the results you want! I highly recommend Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. Although they could have better signage for those less observant like myself to find the place ahaha.

Despite my busy, hectic and chaotic schedule, they were patient and understanding of my delays and struggle. Carla is a DREAM. She's funny, personable, down to earth and NOT an overseller. She put me at complete ease for my first time treatment ever. The results...I'm over the moon. Everyone that I was in touch with from Dr. Warren, to the admin staff were ALL fantastic. The centre is immaculate, with very clean lines and minimal decor and clutter. White fixtures make the space very open and modern with the old character of the hard wood floors and century building. But Carla....COME ON! She was the highlight. :)

I am 57 and I often heard comments that I look 'tired' so I went to see Anndrea at Waterloo Medical Cosmetics. I purchased a package as I knew I needed multiple sessions to refresh my appearance. Over 5 months I saw Anndrea. Each procedure individually did a wee bit but it wasn't until I had a number of them that I started to get compliments and I could not be happier with the natural results. My advice for older clients like me - keep up with the procedures and in time you will see amazing results. I recently got together with friends I had not seen in over a year due to Covid. They did not know I had been to Anndrea. They said I " glowed " and I looked " amazing " and wondered if I had my hair done! Another compliment came recently from my mother-in-law over Thanksgiving. Worst experience ever, I went there for under-eye treatment with Clara and made it clear it is my first experience and would like to know about the procedure, she told I can trust her, and this is the right place. Unfortunately, when she started the injection, she behaved very unprofessional only because I asked her a few questions. Instead of trying to answer the questions, she made me nervous. I wanted to write a review immediately but decided to wait for the result. A few days later, I noticed that I got puffy bags under eyes. I had the follow-up appointment and obviously, the before treatment photos were better than after the treatment. She did the injection on the wrong spot, and she just told, it’s okay and we now know you shouldn’t get the dysport injection on this spot! Overall, it was so disappointing.

I came in to see Meagan for a colour boost on my previously microbladed brows. I saw a different artist previously and Meagan was completely upfront during our phone consult about not being able to guarantee the work as she hadn't done my brows before. When I came in for my appointment, we decided to go with a powder brow as the microblading was a few years old and had lost the crisp strokes. She made sure I was satisfied with the size and shape before getting started and at the end made sure I was happy with how they looked and would make adjustments if I wanted. She explained the entire process, made sure I knew what she was doing each step of the way and always checked to make sure I was comfortable. She is extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Meagan is super friendly and easy to talk to. I am so happy with how my brows turned out. I would highly recommend her! Everyone at the clinic was fantastic! It's so nice to have you all back!
