Recently had skin tags removed that have been bothering me for a few years. Quick initial consult and then on the treatment day it was quick too. A few small pokes to numb me up and then I didn’t feel a thing. The doctor cut and then burned the skin tags and you can barely tell there was anything there at all after it all healed up. Would highly recommend Dr. Dawood if you want any moles or things removed.

I heard about this place from a few friends that have also been. Went for a consult about Botox and was blown away at the skincare education I left with. The doctor takes his consults seriously. When I arrived he basically told me that even if I didn’t get any treatments he at least wanted me to leave more educated about taking care of my skin. Did end up getting Botox and love the way it softens my wrinkles.Thank you so much dr dawood and kw cosmetic clinic.

Impressed by the professional service of the doctor and staff. It is run as a medical clinic and not any old beauty spa. You can tell the doctor does truly care about his patients and not in the business of over selling treatments. I had some filler treatment for lips and cheek. Looking to try maybe chin/jawline filler next but will see what Dr. Dawood has to say!

So I found this clinic after doing a lot of research. There are a few clinics in the area, but some don't even tell you that they do not use doctors. I went to KW Cosmetic because I was assured all treatments are done by a doctor. I was seen by Dr. Dawood and staff for consultation and we went over all my concerns. I never felt rushed. Decided to book treatment for another day and the cost of the consult went towards the treatment which was great. Have done filler so far and hoping to do another treatment in the next few months when my schedule isn't as busy. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Wrongfully charged $280 dollars! First I’d like to say that I’ve never given any business a 1 star. I believe in not returning to a business if you didn’t have a good experience instead of heading to the internet to rate them poorly. This situation however, is one that I would like to share - so no one else has to go through it. I had a consultation for a scalp/hair treatment in January 2021, and booked an appointment for a service upon leaving my consultation for March 3rd. I thought about it as the days passed, and I decided I wanted to try and use some serums for my scalp and hair instead for the time being, as I didn’t want to allocate ~$800 to the procedure. I called about a week before March 3rd to cancel; the lady I spoke to first was really nice and understanding, as I explained that I felt bad for cancelling - and that I would rebook once I tried the serums. She said no problem, and told me it had been cancelled. I received a phone call the morning of March 3rd from a secretary asking if I was still attending the procedure; I was surprised, and explained I had cancelled it about a week ago - thinking nothing of the phone call, and that it was just a mistake. That afternoon I was charged $280 on my credit card from KW Cosmetics. I phoned, and explained I was definitely not happy.. that I had cancelled previously and the charge shouldn’t have been applied; someone in the office definitely made a mistake, and I wanted it reversed. I got passed around, phoned a few times, the receptionist wasn’t a bit nice to me - and basically pushed me to someone else who contacted me via email from there on out. A different representative explained they had checked their phone records and couldn’t find my number anywhere, therefore they weren’t going to reverse the charge. What’s worse than the charge, is the fact that the people at KW Cosmetics would prefer to believe that you made a story up, instead of listening to you - and understanding that there must have been a mistake somewhere. If I knew that my appointment wasn’t going to be cancelled properly, I would have forked out the extra $500 and just went ahead with the procedure, so I wouldn’t lose $280 for no good reason. Absolutely ridiculous business practise, and I am sure other clinics are more deserving of your time and money. In summary, I suppose KWC would rather keep $280 than have a returning customer. Oh well! Moving on to a better clinic.

I was apprehensive at first as this was my first time getting treatments of a cosmetic nature. Dr. Dawood was thorough, answered all my questions, I never felt rushed or felt I was pressured into expensive treatments. The botox treatments did exactly what he said they would and were totally pain free. The doctor also laid out an entire “treatment plan” for me that we could modify as we needed to help fix all my problems of acne, wrinkles and getting filler done.

Steer clear from this place unless you're in need of botox or one of the other cosmetic procedures offered. Not sure if Dr. Dawood is accepting new patients yet as he took over from Dr. Lang who was full up but as people find out what he's all about....they will leave. He should give up the family practice and concentrate on cosmetics or go be a greedy doctor in the States and rip people off. $135 for a doctors note. Dr. Lang is sorely missed.

Went back for another treatment recently. I've been suffering from hair loss for awhile now. Scared to try anything but ended up doing a treatment of hair loss restoration. Treatment was tolerable, a bit sore, but Dr. Dawood advised me of all the risks and expectations before starting. Cost of the initial consult went toward treatment which was a nice surprise. I'll be going back in 2 weeks for my first check up, and then again every 3 months. Results hopefully by 9 months. Wish me luck!

I was hoping to visit the clinic for a skin problem, however, I was told that although they will not charge me, I need to provide my credit card information prior to visit as part of my patient’s profile registration. It sounded odd and unusual to me so I refused to provide my credit card information to be permanently saved in their system. And so I was denied an appointment.

If the doctor really cares for its patients, they should open for longer hours and see patients more often. They just do one sitting and next sitting is after 3 or 4 months when you can get next appointment, and till then they don't care what happens to you. If you are so busy, why are you taking new patients ? Why can't you open longer hours. Don’t just do a surgery and wash your hands, follow up and give appointments sooner if patient is dissatisfied.

Been going every 3 months for botox retreatments also. Love the clinic and the medical staff. Dr Dawood takes the time to explain everything clearly, never feel pushed to get anything.
