If I could give NO stars for Stacy Sanderson, I would! She is the absolute worst therapist. Not only is she judgemental and condescending, she is extremely apathetic. It took me two visits to realize that she is a complete flake. The second visit I had with her, I left there feeling worse than when I walked in. Literally crying! She apparently treats people with "profound " issues, as well as PTSD. I felt like she minimized my trauma, she minimized my feelings and basically took it upon herself to assume everything about me. Yep, she had me figured out after 2 sessions! She was not helpful, she made everything worse. Since meeting her, I have decided to never return to another therapist. She has caused so much hurt and so much distrust within myself, that I just can't ever subject myself to another situation where I feel like I've been preyed on. She should really do the town a favour and retire already!

Called to ask if this is a walk-in clinic. The receptionist kept breaking up and when I asked her to clarify, she just hung up. Apparently it isn't.

I went to get help at the after hours medical clinic and was refused even though there weren’t any other patients there. The doctor would rather not help anyone than aid a new patient. Very disappointing. What happened to universal healthcare???

They really force you to pay parking. This is a small city and lots of space, this is profitmongering on people illness and that's sickening. The nurses and ultrasound technician were very nice and timely this was a good experience. (They would have got 5stats if not for the parking situation)

I always have great experiences at the Medical Centre. Dr. Sara Belanger & her staff are always very helpful, pleasant & thorough in everything they do. I have taken advantage of a number of the services offered in the building. Each & every service have been very professional but in a very pleasant way. It is wonderful to have most of my health issues acknowledged under one roof. Each service has helped me move on to other specialists as needed. A '10' out of 10' from me!

My review is of the actual area and building not of the staff that work there whom are all excellent and very professional. If you can find parking on the street by the meters it is wonderful, otherwise, you are forced too use a side street or pay $5 to park in the lot which is usually full. Everywhere within is fairly easy to access via elevators or stairs and signs are posted so you know exactly where you are going. Minus one star for parking as it can be bothersome at times.

I was extremely pleasantly surprised to meet with Dr. Fuoco yesterday regarding a throat problem that I have been having. Not only is he well versed in what he is practicing, but he also spent the time to answer any questions that I had and even drew a picture of what my problem was. He has an endearing way about him that is very relaxing and he is very easy to be with. I wish all doctors were like him, thank you so much Dr. Fuoco, and thank you also for the positive result of your findings, and suggestions for any returns of the problem.

Call and ask if there was a walk-in clinic I could attend and where would I go lady sounds like she was in a big hurry didn't answer my question probably or take the time to truly find what I was looking for I go there for nothing thanks a lot
