Customer service is horrible in the pharmacy. Called a prescription in and gave 5 hours notice. When I got there they didn't bother to fill it and made me wait another 40 minutes. Also needed that same prescription filled another time (so I've given them 2 chances now), and they did not do it although I called with 6 hours notice that time. I had it transferred to another pharmacy and had no problems. Go somewhere else dont waste your time.

Dear dear Colwood Corners London Drugs, I am new to beauty products and on Sunday 9 May 21 in the early afternoon I nervously visited the section and was graciously asked by Amelia if I needed assistance. Nervously I said no and built up the courage to ask again. Amelia was amazing and gave me great advice. Walked in looking for a breast pump. They're all locked up in the back. Walked out, went to toys r us. Picked one off the shelf, bought it, went home. Won't be back. I don't appreciate having to locate a staff member to buy something I need.

Everything you need in one place. Excellent warranty on all items sold - and hassle free if / when the warranty is needed. I come here whenever possible first for anything home related, pharmacy or photo finishing. If you ever have an issue the management team is great to deal with. I've never had a bad experience, hence the five star review given.

The computer department here IS incredible. Ryan J. went above and beyond to assess my broken iPhone and order a complete replacement. When it didn't arrive within the time period initially quoted he made sure to follow up with Apple to get my phone sent and then promptly called me to let me know it had arrived. I ended up buying a great demo monitor for an excellent price as well. If you need any legit IPHONE repairs don't go anywhere else in the Westshore! Thank you again Ryan!!

The computer department here is so incredible! I brought my laptop in for a battery replacement but they found everything else wrong with my computer and replaced my keyboard, trackpad, and fixed a terrible static audio problem with my audio jack. I think they've given fresh legs to my laptop (which was very much due for retirement) for years to come! Major thanks and gratitude to the entirety of the electronics department and especially the technician :)

I shipped so many things here within the past year (both domestic and international), and never had any missed deliveries or troubles. I often find myself to drive out of my way to the post office here because of their help

Went in two times on a long shot to buy computer parts. They ended up having way better prices than online retailers like NCIX and Newegg. Was shopping for a 1060 and they were selling the exact same model as NCIX but $30 cheaper. The staff were also very polite and helpful; knowledgeable as well. I have made it a habit to check here when sourcing parts now.

I had a terrible experience at the pharmacy today. The pharmacist I spoke with in regards to my insurance coverage was extremely rude. She embarassed me in front of the other staff and made me feel like a complete idiot. I ended up having to pay full price for my medications because she wouldn't take the time to speak to me like a human being. I have been getting my prescriptions at Rexall across the street without issues for the past year. I will not be returning.

My husband and I are from Vancouver. We visited this London Drugs store on before Christmas, the customer service we received in this London Drugs store was excellent, professional, and so unusual that we had to write a special review of our experience. Our experience at your store was a highlight of our Victoria trip. The young fellow, who is the assistant manager (our receipt shows employee 23905), took exceptional steps to help us with the special services we needed. i often shop at various London Drugs in BC but this is the first time i went into this location. when i walked through the doors i thought i had been transported back 50 years. this store is dark, drab, and dreary. it's really depressing. okay, whatever, i grabbed the things i needed and made my way to the check outs. no self check outs and the lines on the only two registers were filled with people seemingly buying a year's worth of stuff. i put down my items and walked out. if london drugs can't be bothered to make the customer experience even half decent, then i can't be bothered to shop there and i can't imagine why anyone would.

Call and make them start your script or they’ll forget about you. My Dr. sent a script in on Friday around 11AM, I went to check if it was done at 2 and it wasn’t. I said that’s okay I’ll wait for the text, the text never came. Next day was Christmas, Sunday still no text and too much snow to get there. I phoned an hour ago today (Monday) to check it’s done… it wasn’t. They asked when I need it - I needed it on Friday. All the sudden it was done in 20 mins?

Service is always good, friendly and kind people working there ready to assist you in every way. The pharmacist's are good and definitely know what they are doing and talking about. The computer department also knows what they are taking about, very reliable people throughout the whole store.

The Colwood store provides great service and products. When completed, the new renovations and location expansion, I am sure will be great. Just a comment about the temporary store road access. Is there no budget in the build to provide a temporary paved entrance to the property? The unpaved stony two way access has been operating for a few months now, and I am sure is a deterrent to many current and potential shoppers?

This is by far the best Apple based retail experience I have had with owning an Apple MacBook Air & MacBook Pro since 2012. Had purchased a Macbook pro in June 2018 and had an unevenness when keeping on the table after a year or two. I did not bother to check and blamed the table all the time. But then as years passed, it was over heating as well and the left shift key had issues as well. So I thought to gathered enough courage and knowledge to open it up and try to remove as much dust as I can. As I open I could see that all the batterries were swollen. Now I got really scared and wanted to change the battery as soon. Contacted "The Mac Pros" as it was out of warranty, and they recommended to check with London Drugs. As I live near Langford, I went online and booked an appointment through Apple website for an appointment at London Drugs Langford location(on Sooke Rd). The staff were very helpful in explaining the problem. I knew that I went past 1-2 weeks after the expiry of my 3 year Apple care plan. So I tried contacting Apple Customer Service to see if they could accommodate this battery repair/replacement under Apple care as the actual issue has been happening for the past year and I only found out abut it now, and it was a big No No. Told the situation to the London Drug staff and Sean was very helpful and found a program to even cover the cost of the battery replacement + dust clean up inside the macbook pro + replacing the keyboard to solve that issue as well. I really was going to pay the $300 CAD as Apple said they would not cover it at all, but then Sean told they were able to get it covered under some coverage program and I dont have to pay anything. $0. Not only that I am grateful, I would definitely recommend this London Drugs Computer Service centre to anyone looking to service their Apple computers. I am extremely happy and really appreciate the way you service the customers.

I want to give Kudos and a huge thanks to the London Drugs computer tech on duty today, Monday, March 20th. I took my Asus Eee-Slate in to the Colwood Corners London Drugs this morning. It wouldn't turn on. I was anticipating at least a $300 repair bill, if it could be fixed at all. The Eee-Slate was not one of Asus' proudest computers, and they have discontinued it. Instead of just taking my information and shipping it off to the repair depot, he took the time to do some research online, disappeared into his back room for a moment, returned with a paper clip and poked at the computer. It immediately sprung to life. He told me casually it just needed to be reset. Thank you!!

I just left this store, and I feel like I need to get this off my chest. The blond cashier w/ glasses was really rude because I had misplaced the coupon I needed and then had the audacity to ask for stamps! I was lectured and had to endure eye rolling and heaving of big sighs...Basically treated like an idiot. Now, I don't know what kind of burden this lady may be carrying, but I sure don't feel like I want to shop there any time soon.

It doesn’t say much for the London Drugs computer department when there is no Website notification that the store is closed due to water damage. Throughout this time it appears on the website to be open and functioning as normal. Come on, this is not acceptable. Especially when the girl at the front door informs me that they can’t get it working. Oh really?

On December 29th I went to London Drugs in Colwood to return a defective kitchen appliance my husband bought me for Christmas. I wanted to exchange the appliance, but it was no longer in stock at the store. Shirley with Customer Service went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. She called each store in the Greater Victoria area, and also called stores in Nanaimo trying her best to find me a replacement. Shirley even called me personally later on that same day when she was able to find a store up island that agreed to ship a replacement. A big THANK YOU to Shirley, her level of customer service went beyond my expectations!

Slowest pharmacy ever encountered. Expect long lines. Don't bother calling ahead to see if prescription is filled as phone never gets answered. You may have to return 1 or 2 times each time you need your prescription filled. Store staff do not enforce mask rules on customers either.

Store is well stocked, and staff are lovely, but masks are optional for customers and many were not wearing them and were not even trying to distance. Staff wear masks and one thanked me for choosing to wear mine. I was very uncomfortable with"bobbing and weaving" around other shoppers and will not go back.

Passport photos too big When getting passport photos for my children done I said to myself hey how hard could this be? Almost everyone who does passport photos has the same template and guidelines that passport and service Canada uses. After a trip to the passport office with the photos my wife had done the previous day I was told they were too large and needed to be redone. So we collected my son from preschool and went back, the photos were a tad smaller but still weren't quite in the frame that service Canada uses. The clerk assured me that these would do and said the Langford office of service Canada was too picky. So... Back to the passport office with the new photos and another wait to find out the new photos are still too large. (You can imagine at this point of running around all day I've had about enough) Long story short we ended up at Costco got the right size photos the first time there at almost half the price, and went back and finished our passports. When my wife took the photos back the manager said they are good photos but are definetly too large, he happily gave my wife a refund (So thank you for that), but I would've preferred the job done correctly the first time as to not spend all day running around for photos. Will not likely return to this location in the future.

Service has gone to the dogs! Visited on 01/20/18. My wife was searching for a nail polish remover. The lady at the counter did not greet nor did she help her out. Instead pointed in the direction and looked away. Later, told my wife she has cold and “to not come near” her! Wow! Felt like my wife carrying a deadly zombie virus! My wife was not going to hug her or anything. Later, when i was walking around, once of the staffers walked past me twice and looked away almost like she did not want me to be in the store. I have shopped her ever since and have notice that some of the newer staff is terrible. If you do not want to talk to customers then don’t be in customer service. Work in a warehouse or backend offices!
